Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt

Yummy frozen yogurt in a touristy Orlando area. We enjoyed the seasonal flavors. It’s a bit pricey for self serve. And while the staff were friendly, the young men seemed to be spending a lot of time goofing off. The floors were sticky. Though we did like the opportunity to have a quick frozen dessert.

My whole family loves going to Menchie’s! It’s so fun trying the new flavors and picking which toppings to put on. My 9 year old loves making his own ice cream bowl. The employees are always very friendly and welcoming there too!

Literally walked in there and there were two employees just hanging out talking and not interacting or even greeting me at all! The only time they talked to me was when i needed to know the price and even then they said it in a rude manner. Also when I asked how much my total was they said «Are you blind?» Which is truly disrespectful. Not only then but when I finally sat down me and my husband got rushed by the employees because they needed to get ready to close at 9:40 pm??? I’m sorry but I thought it was 10:00 pm you guys closed. Would highly recommend a different yogurt store or just go to twisty treat.

We got to this location just as they were opening for the day. Plenty of frozen yogurt options and a very wide selection of toppings. However, they do not accept Menchie’s card. Good location, will have to go again once they fix the problem with the MySmiles Cards.

I love Menchies, just not when the employee’s shut the place up 30mins before its suppose to! Its happened more than once and I drove 20mins…

Love the product but this was a visit at 8:50 p, m, that was similar to my last review. No greeting. Two employees leaning on counter near register. No interaction other than to tell us our total. Does this staff need a consultant to come in and explain customer service? We are located in an area with lots of tourists and this is not an example of how we treat visitors to our area. Nothing magical here. I know I will be finding another frozen yogurt store.

I’m a huge fan of Menchie’s as a chain, but I was disappointed with this location in terms of variety and selection. Fewer toppings – with none of my favorites like Heath Bar or non-​peanut nuts – and the «chewy brownies» were so hard I couldn’t cut them with utensils. Sure, they had Nutella froyo as their flavor of the month but… they definitely could step up their options and quality of toppings.

We LOVE menchies, but this place is extremely mismanaged. Only half the machines worked and we were told it’s because they are «by-​poller». No thanks, I’ll shop elsewhere.

This place is amazing for a nice little treat in the afternoon or evening. The atmosphere is very trendy, fun, relaxing, calm, and smells great. Before you grab a bowl & starting mixing, I would suggest sampling the flavors you’re interested in. They have small little paper cups to use for sampling.
There is no limit to how much you put in your bowl. I like to put my favorite flavors on the different sides of the bowl. Then I add my favorite toppings to the mix. The flavors do change all the time. During my last current visit, I had the pistachio, vanilla, & very chocolate flavors. The pistachio was the best ever!!!
Toppings range from candy to fresh fruit to boba ingredients. The cost is .49 cents plus tax per ounce. They did offer a 10% Unilocal discount, but I was told they are doing away with it to add a new program. This store in particular is offering special discounts via text messages. When you arrive, you can receive all the details. The other day you can fill a bowl of yogurt any weight for $ 5! If you want toppings any weight in your yogurt, it was $ 6. I didn’t make it in to try the offer. So I do not know if you would still be able to get discounts on top of this amazing deal.
I would suggest this place for a sweet tooth craving or a dessert after dinner. Great place to talk with friends, a date, or take it to go to enjoy at home.

Been pretty good every time we come. Only one bad experience when they were out of a lot of favors and the cherries were bad. Staff handled it very well! Very courteous and apologetic. Overall two thumbs up!

Always clean, friendly service, yum flavors and plenty of toppings. Great thing about Florida you can enjoy this type of establishment anytime of year! Stop by and sample their flavors they have a little something for everyone!

The flavors this month weren’t that impressive. The service was quick and simple. Price is reasonable. Great selection on toppings. Different cup sizes would be a little better. I feel obligated to over fill the extra large cup that is their standard.

It’s not bad but they don’t always have all of the best flavors. The staff is kind of nice. They have a nice selection of toppings. It’s always cold inside. If you sit outside in the front you can see most of the Disney fireworks. Nice place for a first date.

This is our go to place for froyo!!! Some yogurt places have an odd flavor to their yogurt but menchies is just DELICIOUS! They have a great assortment of flavors including cake batter which rivals coldstone’s cake batter but in a much healthier format! They also have an amazing dole pineapple flavor that is great! The only critique I have is that I wish they had the original tart flavor consistently. Our location has it on occasion, but not all that often. As far as toppings go, I dare you to not find what you’d like! They have the biggest and most organized array of toppings! The presentation doesn’t get gross and messy like most froyo places and everything is always kept stocked up and clean, which is great!

Great yogurt. They even had French toast! Crazy! It was very neat and clean and the employee was super friendly. Lots of candy to choose from. There is a 10% off check in code, however they only honor it on Sunday. That is disappointing because it does not say this on the offer. I wish they would fix this. Overall, this was a great experience. We will go again.

Frozen yogurt has become all the rage. From big national chains to local little Mom and Pop shops, there seems to be a frozen yogurt joint on every corner. Are they all the same? Pretty much. We stopped into Menchie’s recently and indulged in some creamy goodness.
Menchie’s has over 350 locations around the globe with another 350 in development from Puerto Rico to Japan to Australia. It’s pretty much the same as any other frozen yogurt place, grab your cup, pick your flavor and serve yourself.
Then fill your cup with an array of sauces, candies and treats.
Chad got the classic vanilla with no sugar added then piled on the sugar. Chocolate raspberry cups, white chocolate chips, grasshopper cookie bits, turtle candy chunks, brownie bites, Nestle Crunch candy and toffee. Good thing he got the no sugar added yogurt!
I went for the pineapple sorbet mixed with the green apple sorbet. For my toppings I went a little more fruity. Sourpatch gummies, Nerds candy, Green Apple popping boba, mochi, and just for a little chocolate, chocolate rocks.
With a variety of flavors including dairy free, no sugar added and sorbets, Menchie’s was pretty good. They also never add high fructose corn syrup to any of their product. However, be aware that some flavors (such as the Oreo favor) will contain high fructose corn syrup because of other ingredients such as the Oreo cookies. They also had a wide selection of candies and toppings including sauces like Nutella and Sugar-​Free Hot Fudge.
The yogurt flavors rotate weekly each visit will never be the same as the last. Truthfully, Menchie’s is really no different than Pinkberry or Red Mango and I have never met a frozen yogurt place I didn’t like. However, only four sprouts here because they did not have any sugar-​free options like the others do.

Menchies is a great chain of frozen yogurt shops. The light and airy atmosphere is always complimented by the crew of friendly and knowledgeable employees. The flavors change often and there are always surprises.
The price is incredible at .49, and the toppings are diverse and out of this world: NOt just candy, but fruit and other selections.

I made a 2^nd visit to this Menchie’s this weekend, and I was so happy to see they had added mochi to the topping bar, so as promised, I updated my review to the full 5 stars. Thanks Menchie’s!

Happy to have a frozen yogurt place somewhat close to home. now to just practice some self restraint. The store has been open for a couple of weeks now and it’s stayed quite busy and quite clean. The ever changing flavors are good (if you like to switch it up), I however have my standard combo and when a flavor I normally get isn’t available to throws me for a loop… but don’t worry, I can normally find something pretty fast to replace it.
Menchie’s seem to be more pricey than other froyo places we’ve gone to, but to have one close and not have to drive 20 miles is a plus!

Not too shabby for a start! The staff is super nice and it’s a great addition to the Menchie name. Good assortment of yogurt flavors for those sweet or fruity cravings. :o)
One of the empolyees let me know that they’ll have a Facebook page to update everyone when new yogurt flavors come out. What a time savor. Also, they take requests for toppings… so if you love blueberries (Me! Me!), let them know and you might see it at the topping bar next time. How cool!
