Not a long wait and very professional service

This is a brand new location. That being said it should be expected that the customer service should be better than most, but that was not the case. Upon walking in there was no one at the front desk for at least 12 mins. I stood there coughing trying to get someone’s attention until finally the front desk lady shows up. This same lady helped me throughout my whole urinalysis. She was very brief and wouldn’t crack a smile for the life of her. It almost felt as though she was rushing through the whole procedure, anxious to get my out of there as quickly as possible without any attempt to hide it. Did not feel welcoming at all. I will not be coming back to this location and I would advise others to do the same.

Been here many times for bloodwork. It’s a small little place, not usually busy, I don’t think lots of people know it’s there. I usually still make an appointment though. The staff is really nice, treat you like a person, not just trying to get you in and out as fast as possible, not caring how gentle they are with sticking you with a needle. I’m not a big fan of needles, but they make it as painless as possible
