Knights Inn Kissimmee

STAY AWAY… You can find better for same price… Try motel 6… It’s the same price and better customer service across the street… They were doing construction in the room next door started at 7 am… I told front desk i had come in at 5 am… If they could please stop the noise (loud drilling noise)… They told me there was nothing they could do… The phone in the room did not work… I found two roaches in the night stand… Curtains full of holes as well as bed sheets…

Real dump, the owner unfriendly and rude, registration does not even have a place to park.
This is a one story cheap motel looking more like truck driver resting area, not a place for vacation. Do not be fooled by their photos as you will not see a real thing on it.
They do not have a one clear shot of the front of their building, which is a one story continuous strip with parking outside. The photos of rooms looked nothing like what was advertised online as we glimpsed at one room. We went inside registration and immediately asked to cancel it as it did not fit into our idea of a hotel or even a motel.
To our surprise, the guy with a heavy Indian accent stated that cancellation fee is one night and he wishes us well. When we asked to speak with the supervisor, he said he was the one. In the meantime, there was a line of 15 people and one person to service them.

We booked a room here a couple years ago and when we arrived and checked in we found that they were still cleaning it so we just hung out for a while and that’s when I saw a dirty used condom in the parking lot! GROSS! When we finally got back into the room after they were done «cleaning» it we found a dirty towel & a dirty razor in the shower and food under the bed. Disgusting! Stained sheets, dirty shower. I could not believe it! We quickly found a new hotel, got our money back and left! Never to return again! Now again this was a couple years ago but I still will never return to this location or any Knights Inn ever again! NO STARS for this place.

First let me say that when I first looked this hotel up the review were not all good but being a rebel I thought for the price I was paying for one nght why not be brave. I was pleasantly surprised.
We arrived early afternoon and was greeted by a very lovely check in clerk who was so sweet. She got us into our room quickly and even told us of some of the local places to visit.
Son and I took off to explore the grounds while hubby got the luggage squared away. The grounds were beautiful for a small hotel that isn’t really a five star resort the lawns and surrounding area were beautiful. The pool area was clean and the pool crystal clear. We of course did not swim but did dip our toes in Brr it was ice cold from the cool weather.
After awhile I headed to the room to check things out. The room was very clean and well kept. You could tell they have been remodeling and updating the rooms not only by the work going on down the walk way but by the room. The furniture looked new and the bathroom had no mold which is always good. Plus I walked around in my socks and they stayed clean that is another plus.
In the morning when we went to check out we were offered coffee juice, toast and danishes. They were free with our stay and very good. Check out was quick and the young lady very sweet.
Though this hotel isn’t a fancy five star resort with all all the bells and whistles it was a nice place. Clean, friendly and close to many entertainment venues like Disney, Old Town and of course the Medieval Dinner theater. The price was great as well. the only complaint I had was the light over the bathroom sink didn’t work and I could have used a few more towels but those are minor issues that re fixable.
Overall a nice and affordable place to stay for a night or two that is budget friendly. Will definitely return if I ever need a quick place to stay again.

I was terrified I had just booked a 26/​night room when I made this reservation. My friends and I took a last minute trip to Disney and we decided to stay here. We expected the worst. However. It’s been a very good stay! Our room was clean and looked nice. Check in was a smooth process and I literally haven’t heard any noise since we got here. Maybe that’s not a good thing though… My only complaint? The «breakfast» is pathetic. Prepackaged knock off Little Debbie’s and some OJ. Oh and there was toast too. I expected some fruit maybe? It’s whatever. It was food and held us over until we got into the park for some real food. I’d book The Knights Inn again!
