Excellent attention to detail and follow through from Victoria when first inquiring about baby sitting services. During our stay at the Grand Floridian, Jasmine, our baby-​sitter from Extra Hands was fantastic. She reached out to me a few days prior to get more information on the children and what they enjoy doing for fun. She was punctual, professional and accommodating even when we were running late. After the first night our kids (triplets aged 4.5) were begging us to have her come back! On her last day with us one of our sons vomited and she knew exactly what to do — she informed us and reassured us that everything was OK and cleaned everything up (plus alerted housekeeping to clean the carpet). I probably wouldn’t have handled it as well as she did. I would recommend Extra Hands to anyone visiting the Orlando area who wants reliable babysitting services.
