Dunkin’ Donuts

I haven’t been to DD for years. I figured this was something different for this morning. The number four has always been my go to. Keep in mind this is Kissimmee at 6:30am on a Sunday so I wasn’t expecting amazing service. We were all grouchy that we had to work. Cuz that’s were I was heading to as well. Service is always just okay. Never a smile or a good morning. Efficient, but no connection to the customer. Coffee is always made your way. Although I always say, extra cream, extra sugar. Makes sense and I know they won’t screw it up. I need my coffee in the morning. Overall decent coffee. Nothing to write home about. Maybe I am becoming a coffee snob. It may be a long time before I go back. The croissant sandwich with sausage is good. The tater tots are not as yummy. They tasted old and like that they have been kept for a long time. I know, I know, it’s to be expected but I was hoping for some freshness like you experience when ya have a donut.

We ordered our food and received it pretty quickly but then I watched as my husband and son smashed small bugs crawling out of the doughnuts. We got our money back and left. If there are bugs crawling out of the food, what can we not see? Don’t go!

This should say –0. I am A local I live on the same rd and now I travel every day out of my way to another DD. I was argued with when ordering A black coffee lg. She rolled her eyes at me and didn’t say Thanks she just turned around and complained to A co-​worker about me. Nice and loud to make sure I could here her. I should also mention it was 2:14 pm and I was the only customer in line. I will NEVER go back.

I Write another review about how this dunkin donuts sux because, I had another bad experience. Until I get a good one I will continue to give them bad ones. They did not have a one wheat bagel, Nor did they have a donut for my little girl other than a chocolate donut with YELLOW sprinkles. Lol I tried to use coupons but was turned down at the window being told that they don’t accept coupons other than their little ones I already had. She did not even give it a second look, she just said no and walked away. Upon dissatisfaction I wad reviewing the receipt and did you know that it’s .99 for a bagel and another .99 for crème cheese. Totaling around 2 bucks for a bagel with crème cheese… .99 for a chocolate iced donut with yellow sprinkles. WTF lol. Anyways I think the only satisfaction I got from this visit was that I wanted to buy two bags of whole bean original in the pound bags and I got that for 8.99 each… I tried to use DUNKIN DONUTS coupons to save me 3 bucks but nooooo. I just got a NO. Then a back turned to me… I would never come back to this Donut shack but it’s the closest to my house. I would not recommend this one to ANYONE. I would recommend you to the one down the road a bit, but I can’t promise it will be any better. The demographics of the area kinda screws the service around here and that’s experience talking. Maybe they just need to hire some people who actually want a job… Just saying
