This company is awful. They’ve blown off multiple appointments with us-They showed up few times and yet the same issue is still there. When I called them to ask what was going on, they claimed that they are sure that the repairs are good and the fridge has nothing wrong. Just a horrible customer service and dishonest people. Stay far if you can.

I had an issue with my Whirlpool Dryer. My home warranty company assigned me to DLS(Same as other reviewer). They called me the next day and set up an appointment for today. Unfortunately the appointment was 10 – 2 and did not show up until 2:45 but not a huge deal. They took the dryer apart and replaced the broken part which they had on their truck. 45 minutes later everything was done. Very nice and professional. Quick note, they take credit cards but with an additional fee.

I had an issue with my exhaust fan in the kitchen. My home warranty company sent DLS Appliance Experts to look at the issue. At every step of the way, they were in contact with me via phone about my parts order, my satisfaction and in short, went over and above to make sure that I was happy. I always felt important and got on a first name basis with Raquel. I can highly recommend DLS Appliance Experts for whatever appliance repair you may need.
