Let me start by saying that David went above and beyond in helping me with my Samsung Galaxy Note 4. I have just experienced the passing of my Mother and was feeling very sad. Then my Samsung broke. David came to my rescue. He was very compassionate and understanding. If you need anything repaired on your mobile device please do yourself a favor and see David ay the Wal-​Mart location. Kudos to both of you. Thank you so much.

My wife drops off an iPad mini with a shattered screen. LCD working fine, just the glass. Price was 130 before tax, so it’s a good deal compared to ubreakifix or Apple.
The following day we pick up the tablet and bring it home. Within a few hours the screen falls out! We return to the store and the technician questions us by asking what we did for the screen to fall out! If it was fixed properly, it wouldn’t fall out regardless if we put the case back on! Very unprofessional to question us when they didn’t glue the screen back correctly.
Haven’t picked it up yet, but our faith in this store is low.
