Horrible service. Unprofessional staff. Wait time disaster.

Dr Pham is a savior! I had completely given up on my body after having two children by c-​section. I had a mini-​tummy tuck prior to meeting Dr Pham with another doctor who botched it. I was recommended by a friend to try Dr Pham as my last ditch effort before completely giving up. I’m SO glad I did! From the consult to my end result, I couldn’t be more impressed and amazed! Now all my friends want a consult with him! My full tummy tuck gave me the body of a 21 year old! Thank you Dr Pham and your incredible staff!!!

Unprofessional staff here. The wait times are awful & the price quotes always seem to change when you arrive. The services for facials & peels is in a freezing cold room shared with another person! Very uncomfortable. My surgery experiences were absolutely horrible as I was botched twice, got an infection & Pham refused to fix it without extra money being paid. The owner, Hanu is non-​responsive to clients & only cares about the dollars & nonsense. Do NOT go to this center. There are better services in Winter Haven. The other thing that made me uncomfortable is that the staff are trained not to trust clients. They big you about paying for services up front. When they screw up they do not offer to fix it. I am so disappointed in this center. Save your money and go to Miami if you’re looking for results.

So I came in for the laser hair removal i bought from groupon and i can definitely say it was the best decision of my life! I couldn’t ask for a better experience all thanks to Mishelle. She made me feel so comfortable it was like talking to my bff. I’ve done a lot of research on groupon to buy laser hair removal and I’m so glad i chose celebration cosmetic surgery. I doubt you can find a better tech than Mishelle. I’m definitely going to recommend all my friends to her.

I love Dr Pham! I have always experienced him to be very professional and caring. I also really love Suzy who does my facials and other therapies. If weren’t Dr Pham and Suzy I wouldn’t know about this place.

I have been getting laser hair removal from Mischelle and I couldn’t be happier with my results and my overall experience. She is very knowledgeable and knows exactly what she is doing. I would highly recommend her services!

Bad experience. Staff was not hospitable. They did not honor a price I discussed with the receptionist over the phone. I don’t want to say names, but the lady who did my Ipl Photofacial missed a whole bunch of spots. I’ve had this done before and felt she was not very professional. She said «whatever we missed this time we will get next time.» With IPL your supposed to get continued treatment to lighten the areas… not to get it done again to get missed areas over the face. (There were a lot of missed spots) She also diagnosed me with melasma a skin condition that could get worse with IPL, but I didn’t know that until I left and researched melasma. I never like to complain. But I am for now. I hope to hear from the owners, because I am a business owner and would like to know how my customers are being treated.
