I bought a Groupon for a pedicure and made an appointment for the following week. I called on the way to my appointment to advise that I’d be five minutes late and received a message that the phone number was no longer in service. I called Groupon and they were unable to verify whether or not the place was still in business. I turned around and found a place on my gps closer to my condo.

If I could have given no stars I would because this place reeks of unprofessional behavior. Earlier this year in the spring I bought a Groupon for a cut and conditioning treatment. When I walked in I should have known the writing was on the wall. There was a young woman ahead of me about to pay for having some highlights redone because the original ones were not the color she asked for and she was still not happy but the stylist was talking about her like a dog in Spanish saying that’s the color they’re supposed to be if she had any sense and that they’ll fade to what she wants eventually. Wooow I’m Hispanic and was cringing inside at all this. I already felt this was no good but proceeded to talk to the woman behind the desk to confirm I’d arrived for my appointment. When I mentioned the Groupon she immediately frowned and said that offer was only for short hair. Whaaaaat? Why wasn’t that in giant bold copy on the Groupon website so didn’t waste my time even buying it much less showing up? Still frowning and walking around me while touching my long hair she said she could do it but I’d have to pay an additional $ 40. There was zero interest in customer service or gaining a new client. When I mentioned that I wasn’t interested in paying more she promptly told me that I could get a refund from Groupon and that’s exactly what I did. Phew! Dodged a bullet I could tell and after reading later reviews I’m so glad I did.

Stay away! Please READ!!! I went to this salon a couple of weeks ago to get a haircut and some highlights. The minute I walked in I was greeted by one of the woman there. I told her what I wanted, and she sat me on her chair. CUT, my hair first, then did the highlights with a CAP(salons don’t use this anymore) put me in a hot drier, then washed my hair without putting any toner, or hydrating treatment on it. I’ve letting my hair grow out for almost 3 years and I have spent a lot of money to keep it healthy with oils, and good treatments… So after a week of having this done I noticed my started braking, it looked dried out, and the so call highlight were bright orange. This were not highlight they were pieces of hair died in bleach with spots, stains all over my hair. Plus two big«cut holes» on the back that she made when she did the«haircut» I ended up going to another salon to get it fixed and thankfully they were able to fix the color, and the haircut so it would look normal. I ended up expending twice as much to get it fixed…

The good: everyone is super nice and professional and the place is clean. My hair turned out very well and loved my stylist The bad: it took 4 ½ hours to get my hair colored, highlighted and cut. I sat so long on the washing sink that the back of my neck hurt the next day. Those things are not comfortable and no towel was placed to give some cushion. Speaking of, water went all down my back. They have these little plastic green things they have you hold so the water is funneled back into the sink. Mine didn’t work and no towel was there so my shirt was wet. A little more care in rinsing would go a long way. As I was checking out, they tried to charge me for some toner that was put in my hair. That I didn’t ask for. That my stylist did not talk to me about. They decided to wave that charge. Smart. All in all I had a good experience. It looks like more bad than good, but there is only really 3 things that could be improved upon. I may return
