For my first air-boat ride, I was definitely reserved and scared to death of alligators. We went during the day so we barely saw any alligators, but to be honest the boat ride itself was worth the money. It was in early September and it was so hot that even the alligators wanted to stay in the shade! The crew there was amazing, from the front desk staff, to the boat drivers, to the wonderful woman who showed us the alligator after and taught us everything! They all assured us that at night they regularly see about thirty alligators and you can just see their eyes glow; well, I will never go at night! BUt for you more adventurous folk take the night ride! It might be hard to find, but it is located behind a camping site with very quaint little cottages that one can rent! Forgot your bug spray or water? They have a convenient little store a stone throw across from the boats. Defiantly a Florida MUSTDO!
