I’d like to update people on the Kissimmee office. Mike Siino is no longer there. I have been trying to speak to someone in the Kissimmee office to get my Humira refilled, but the patient advocate assured me that no one there could speak to me as they were with patients. I have been off my medication for about 3 months now and got the approval for Mike to order me a 3-month refill providing I had my blood work updated. That was 2 weeks ago that I had the blood work done. Since then I have been trying to get the refill ordered, to no avail. Promises to have someone call me have not been kept, day after day after day. In the meantime, my psoriasis and arthritis are both returning with a vengeance. I am extremely disappointed in their«new» procedures. My last appointment had me in the waiting room for over 1.5 hours before I was ever put in a room. I would like to find out where Michael Siino went and would be happy to follow him, but I think I’m finished with this entire practice for the time being.

First time I went to this office. I am new to Florida and made an appointment with Dr Steppie for 3pm. I put the incorrect address on my GPS. I called and the staff was so helpful in allowing me to still be seen an hour and a half late. The check in lady Ivette was so nice and helped me get the forms done quickly to be checked in. I then met with Kathy from Rosie’s team she was very professional and understood my situation and gave me some good medical advice for my condition. Dr Steppie was on point with my condition and even went an extra step to make sure my Meds that he prescribed would be covered with as low of a C/O pay as possible !! I recommend this group for your dermatology needs !!

This is a large practice with many offices spread out around Central Florida. This review is for the Kissimmee Office only. Not impressed, not impressed at all, and only give 1 star because I have to. To get an actual appointment was easy enough and they were able to fit me in within 2 days of my calling. However, from there it went downhill. Arrived at the office on time and there was a considerable wait, not what I expected for having the first appointment after lunch. Finally, was ushered back to a very small patient room. Waited for an indeterminate amount of time… when VOILA the PA shows up. Looks at the patch of skin I was having an issue with, from 2 arm lengths back and prescribes not one, but two antibiotics. The nurse comes back in the room with a weeks worth of samples and a prescription $ off card, and then the PA announces that I may have to be on it for«several months». Oookay. Turn my prescriptions into the pharmacy and, low and behold, the antibiotic that he prescribed was $ 900 per month. Hmmm, someone and the drug rep must be best buddies. Needless to say, after recovering from the shock, I called the office to request a prescription that was covered by my insurance. After 10 days, I called back and left yet another message. I’m still waiting for a call back, and this is now over a month since my initial appointment. In the interim, I managed to diagnose myself, with some help from WebMD, and treat the problem patch with some OTC meds, costing a total of $ 3.99. Quite a huge cost savings. Wish I had saved some more $$ by keeping my co-pay in my pocket!
