Had a great experience here. In fact this was my second experience here. Both times I have been to this location I was able to get an appointment the same day. This I know people would question being able to get in the same day but, I think that is amazing. When you need to get an mri or ct scan the last thing you want to do is wait days before you can get in. Not here, they were able to get everything cleared by my insurance company before I even got there. They also promised to have the mri results to my doctor prior to the end of the week for his review. Elizabeth at the front desk is great at her job. The office was clean and organized. (had current magazines). It looked well kepted. The changing rooms and the bathrooms were very clean. The process went extremely smooth. I would recommended this place to all.

The staff is friendly know their job well, but were discussing a patients issue and personal conversations out loud. The MRI tech was friendly but was having such a loud personal phone conversation the whole hour I had the MRI, she only told the person on the phone to hold on just so she could inject my contrast. Her conversation was so loud that even with the machines noise and she being behind a glass and closed door I can clearly hear her personal convo. As far as cleanliness, the place isn’t very clean, the room where you are to change into a gown had clear bags of laundry all over the counter and floor, there was equipment used on patients on the floor next to the MRI machine, there was also a box of stock on top of the MRI machine. I actually worried that I was going to be injected in this place for the contrast. I just don’t have more words to describe this So beware!
