I love it all! The sauce alone is worth the trip. And, Texas Toast, yum! Love this place. So glad to see it coming in to STL!

This is your average chicken joint! If I wanted fast food fried chicken I think I’m better off going to Popeyes! This was my first time experiencing RC and I must say I was far from impressed. The chicken we ordered was very small and skimpy compare to other RC locations(as what my siblings told me). Chicken was crispy and hot! Very dry, I prefer my chicken tenders moist inside. Crinkle fries were hot and fresh. Super friendly through the drive thru.

I decided to go to this new place in town and try it out because who doesn’t love chicken fingers?! But unfortunately I was not pleased. I ordered the box and everything was soggy, the fries tasted old, chicken tenders had no crisp to them, the bread was extra soggy and the slaw was edible but nothing special. I understand it’s a fast food joint but serving soggy food is no good.

No good. Soggy salt less fries and the chicken is GREASY, GREASY, GREASY! No crunch to the batter, it’s thin and falls off the chicken. It’s chicken fingers and fries people… how hard can it be?

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, is a fast food restaurant that specializes in chicken fingers. The entire menu is nothing but chicken fingers and that is okay, because they do them right. Sometimes it is good to keep your focus and do what you do best, instead of trying to please and accommodate all. From this point forward in my review, I have to refer to the fingers as tenders. I just can’t call them fingers, because when I say chicken fingers I think of the actual chicken claw and lose my appetite. RC’s tenders are large in size and the breading is just enough to give a crispy coating to the hot and moist white chicken meat. These tenders will put any other fast food chain tenders to shame. They can even put the tenders served at some pubs to shame. A perfect lunch for me is the 3 Chicken Finger Box. You enjoy three meaty pieces of chicken tenders, Cain Sauce, crispy crinkle fries, a slice of Texas toast and a regular soda. I am not a dipper of tenders, so I can not speak to the Cain Sauce. However, I can tell you that the seasoning of RC’s tenders satisfies my taste buds, as an non-dipper. One thing that I do dip is my fries, especially crinkle fries. I love how the ketchup clings to the crinkles of the fry, when you can dip it in to a little cup of ketchup. RC’s does not give you packets of ketchup, they have little paper cups that you can fill with Heinz ketchup. It may not be a secret sauce, but it works for my crispy fries. I think it is so cool that the restaurant is named after their dog and being a dog lover I’d love to give RCCF4 Stars, but it is a fast food restaurant. This is when Unilocal really needs to give us those ½ stars. A-OK is a «good» rating and I am glad that I now have a RCCF closer to home. I do have those days when a simple 3 Chicken Finger Box makes for a good quick lunch. When: November 19, 2015 Why: Lunch

Lunch with Amy. The chicken is good. Hot, moist & the breading was mild. The Cain Sauce is really good but i cant put my finger on why. Cold Slaw is rather bland & disappointing. Black pepper didn’t even pick it up. The tea is pretty good and they even have a button on the register for an Arnold Palmer(AP). Amy enjoyed the Lemonade. The piece of Texas Toast that comes with the Combo is sort of «sweet toasted«. $ 15.80 for 2 Combos. Plenty of food for lunch. Next time we have lunch we will order the 3 piece.
