Don’t get your keys cut here! I’ve been twice and both times my keys have been cut wrong. When I called to let the customer service person know, he was extremely rude– no apology, no «we can fix this» or anything. I explained that I had to cancel a meeting to come and get the keys before the morning and come all the way back and forth to my place of work because of this mistake and all he said was, «well keys are weird, I don’t know what to tell you.» !!! Isn’t home and hardware what Lowe’s specializes in?! I was appalled by the lack of «customer service» in the customer service area.
So I returned the keys completely and went to Walmart, where it was cheaper and they actually worked too. Everyone makes mistakes– but they need to make sure whoever is representing them is showing them in a more positive and professional light. (Only reason I am giving two is for the really nice workers I talked to finding the key desk, so thank you to you two)

Best experience I’ve had in a hardware store that I can recall. Tom P started helping us (new homeowners) with a grill but he gave us great advice about the other things that we were purchasing. He was also very personable and definitely went above and beyond to help us. I made sure that the first thing I did when I got home was write this review because great service like this deserves to be recognized.

Lowe’s selection of table lamps and shades, is pretty amazing for a hardware store. I was searching for some Neo-​Classic style lamps and found two here that meet my needs. Not only did they meet my decorating needs, but they came in well beneath my budget requirements.
They sell their lamps and shades separately, so you can totally create the look that is your personality. All you have to do is make sure they have the same code letter. Its kind of like matching up your Garanimals for a cute children’s outfit. «M» shades go with a «M» lamp base and the same for «S» and «L».
Take note of Lowe’s full name, it is Lowe’s Home Improvement Warehouse. So it is not just a hardware store. You can find many decorative things to make your home, your castle. I have found great window treatments at better prices then BB&B (without a coupon) and patio furnishings.
It may be a chain and a warehouse store, but the selection and prices keep me coming back.

I’m not reviewing the store, just the merch pickup. I naively believed that ordering an item online and picking it up at the customer service desk would save me some time. Nope. Apparently at this store they don’t even keep the items up front. It’s locked in a cage somewhere and a manager is needed with a key to open the door to get your item. Seriously took 20 minutes to get my item. Don’t bother. Just pick it out yourself!

Came here yesterday with my dad. While I understand the largish amount of customers that were there due to the holiday, I simply don’t understand the amount of staff that they had. Simply lacking. My dad & I were waiting forever to get a solid answer to if they had a particular item in stock. We were told that the item in question was indeed in stock at this Lowe’s (about 12) at the Lowe’s in Arnold. We couldn’t find any at all. No one could tell us where this item was/​is. In the end, we left in disappointment.
