Gardner-Collier Jewelry

Gardner-​Collier is the first jewelry store from which I remember receiving jewelry. Since childhood, I felt so special wearing their beautiful jewelry and could not contain my excitement every time I recognized a Gardner-​Collier box in the gift pile! Fast-​forward 20 years later, while I don’t live in Kirksville anymore, I continually order (never had a problem receiving, either!) and stop in to make a purchase when I’m in town. The entire staff is so wonderful and have always gone above and beyond to help not only me, but my family. I completely trust and have confidence in this jeweler and stand by their product and service!
My only issue is that there is always too many items in the store that I want to purchase:)
This store is hometown business at it’s best!

I had a routine battery replacement and adjustment for a watch done here. Not a bad deal for $ 5, but after I got home, I noticed that the back of the watch was scratched. I had never worn the watch before since I hadn’t adjusted it to fit my wrist; aside from a few times taking it out when I first received it, it had been sitting in it’s box. The individual replacing the battery also said that he had trouble replacing the back of the watch, saying something about the backs of this particular brand being made «too large» to press back in. Whatever happened, it’s not a big deal since it’s on the back, and the watch isn’t too expensive, but no damage should have been incurred. They were nice people and adjusted the watch without charge, but I’ll visit a more mainstream jeweler in the future.
