Water Concepts Presented by Rosen Plumbing Supply

I went in with a very simple need for a shower arm. It was a special order item. After over-​paying for the item, they told me it will be shipped to me within two weeks. So far (I did agree to their price) so good, except for the fact that I had to wait 15 minutes initially to place my order because the showroom gal was on the phone. 6 weeks later, no shower arm. I call, get a hold of a guy that answers the phone. He apologizes. 2 weeks later I get my arm. The item in the box is not what I ordered. I call them to find out whassup. They don’t even apologize for screwing up, they just give me a phone number of some other plumbing supply place in Bellevue that MAY have the part to add to the arm to make it work.
Bottom line, very poor service. They just don’t care. Granted I was only a $ 100 customer (this time). I will not use them for my upcoming remodel that will be big $$$.
