Full disclosure: We did not actually have a visit with this clinic. This review refers to our customer service experience.
We had an appointment for a meet and greet with one of the doctors here, and see if they would be a good fit for our new baby. We called ahead to let them know we needed to be about 10 minutes late due to circumstances beyond our control. The attitude from the desk staff was basically «Now or never.»
We feel if they can’t be even slightly flexible with scheduling, they’re definitely not a good fit for our family.

My kids are on state insurance, so there were limited choices of doctors that accepted this, but even if we had private insurance, I wouldn’t choose any other doc for them. Dr. Ibrahim is a great doc, always washes his hands before and after seeing my kids, doesn’t promote over medicating; only prescribes if in my childrens’ best interest, and can always squeeze them in same day for unexpected illnesses. I trust his opinions and really appreciate his passion for what he does.
