I love the refinished floors the company did… but when I used the recommended cleaning product to scrub off some skid marks, it removed the finish! Not happy now. After contacting the company about a repair, no offer on their part to fix it – other than, redoing the whole area, at my cost. Especially not happy! [Bona is the cleaner I used]

Sally at Tom Ryan Floors is great. She is helping me pick out carpet for my guest room which is awesome since I know absolutely nothing about carpet or pad. Looking forward to working with them for the rest of my flooring as well. If you need new flooring but need actual help instead of a Home Depot (hope you know what you’re doing) situation this is the place to go
