Hygiene is a big issue here. I noticed that their tools are not cleaned well between clients. Rinsing under water lightly doesn’t count. Infections!
It went in today and was stuck with a broken chair that lacked an armrest and was really uncomfortable to sit on. If I was told that beforehand, I’d have waited for a working chair to open up.
My mani pedi seemed rushed and unpolished. I see streaks and really thick paint on my nails after spending a hundred bucks on them :(
I also found it a bit offensive that the ladies who work there made fun of a plus sized client who was dancing to a song while waiting (she just seemed like a happy soul in general). I didn’t understand the language but it did seem awkward that they kinda sorta pointed and laughed and made her feel out of place :(
Likely won’t go back.

Lisa is fantastic. I have the most uncooperative nails in the world! Acrylics usually last 7 – 12 days. Not a problem for this salon. My last set lasted over 5 weeks with ZERO lifting chipping or breaking. Best nail salon I’ve ever been to hands down :)
Ask for Lisa she’s the sweetest woman and is the master of nails. This will be my nail home. Love this place. Clean and lovely environment.

I have not been here in a while as my best friend is a nail stylist and does mine for me now however this was my ultimate spot to get my nails done for all of my high school and early college years. The staff is so sweet and they always had student discounts and such. Ask for Lisa, she is the owner and does an amazing job I will only ever ask for her! She is super sweet and easy to get along with and always treated me with great service even when I was only 16 at the time I went. (over 8 years ago) Definitely recommend this salon. I have gone to many different ones around Redmond/​Kirkland area and this is the best! Thank you Lisa :)

I absolutely LOVE the Nail Salon! I am addicted to shellac manicures and this salon has given me the best ones yet. Affordable and they last longer than the other nail salon in Bridle Trails I was going to. I never make appointments and when I walk in, never a wait.

I’ve been here quite a few times now for Pedi’s. Haven’t had a manicure here yet, as I usually do my own shellac nails. The ladies are always sweet and efficient. And the price can’t be beat! $ 22 for a Pedicure. They usually give an extra long foot/​leg rub which is nice. I would definitely recommend for a reasonably priced pedicure in the Kirkland area.

Nice neighborhood place — welcoming and friendly, with capable technicians and great service. Clean, too.

Quick, friendly & cheap. Most nail salons take walk-​ins right? But then half the time you actually have to wait up to 30 min. for a chair to clear before they start your pedi. This place will tell you a realistic wait time. They always have the newer OPI colors and they give great hand and foot massages. Just don’t expect glam and glitz.

I have been going here for years. the price is great, the service is great and they will spend extra time on any part of your mani or pedi if you ask them too. a lot of the time they throw in a long massage or a free nail design too.

I had a pedicure done here, and it was adequate, but not great.
Pros:
–cheap ($ 22 for a pedi)
–clean
–massage chairs
–friendly technician
–nice foot/​calf massage
Cons:
–the pedicure itself wasn’t as good as I’ve received elsewhere
–I don’t think she pushed the cuticles back enough, so the polish was sticking a bit to the skin
–she did do a bit of work to fix it tho
