Gordon at the Auburn office (253−835−7690) came to our home the day after we called and diagnosed our HP printer. He said he wouldn’t charge us if he couldn’t fix it. All the other companies we talked to charge well over $ 100 for a service call whether or not they can fix it. We would rather repair our equipment than just send it to the landfill so we were determined to keep trying until we found someone who told us whether or not it could be repaired. In an efficient manner Gordon told us it could not be fixed and gave us a recommendation for a new printer that would meet our needs. We bought an HP 6700 for $ 100, on sale now at Office Depot, Best Buy and Fry’s. It’s normally $ 170. Excellent machine. We will buy our ink from Gordon if possible.

Great supplier! Great value and great service. We’ve been using Target Service & Supply since 2007. Toner always works great and last long. If we ever catch ourselves in a bind and need a toner cartridge now, Dave is there delivering it. Usually it’s as easy as giving Dave a call or an email with our request and he’s there at the office. Definitely a big help to our CPA firm, especially during tax season!
