Waited 15mins in line at 130pm in the afternoon, and was over charged for my iced Dipo.

Had the dinner menu at the local Starbucks with my daughter after riding bikes. While I realize all prepackaged it was quite good. The chicken flatbread was tasty and crisp while the chicken skewers were a couple steps above the norm for those. The chicken meatballs were so-so. The Apothic wine was quite tasty and reasonable for $ 7. All in all pleasant and reasonable inexpensive. Still Starbucks hustle and bustle however.

The problem with this place is that it’s always too busy. The drive-thru line usually takes forever. Sometimes the line is all the way to the street so I can’t even go because there is no way to add to the line without being in the street. No other complaints at all. It’s just not possible to count on this place for a semi-quick coffee.

This place is hit-and-miss(seems to be «miss» more often as of late). 2 of the last 4 times I went, I waited a long time for my drink. One of these times, my drink sat on the table behind the cashier for 3 or 4 minutes. Eventually an employee asked if I was waiting for something. I told them about my drink, only to find out it was the one the had been sitting on the table(and had apparently been forgotten… or it was ME that was forgotten…). No apology offered. By that time, my sandwich had cooled way down, too. Sigh. I had a similar experience when I went yesterday. Also, their parking lot is often atrocious. I have seen it MANY times where the drive-thru line is backed way up and no one can get in or out. I think I’ll take my business elsewhere. In fact, should you choose to «dine in», I would take into consideration that, if they get busy, it could easily take you several minutes just to get out of the parking lot.

A Starbucks provides both food and drink I will break things down. The following review is based on my most recent experience and not influenced on prior experiences. # of people seated in the store(approximately): 7 # of vehicles in the drive-thru(approximately): 7 # of employees working(approximately): 6 Food. Turkey Panini. Was purchased from the cold display and heated in their oven. Arrived piping hot in less than 5 minutes. Overall this was an awesome sandwich and the promptness on the delivery was excellent. Drink. Christmas Blend. After being told that this wasn’t being brewed in the morning I requested a pour-over. This took over 10 minutes to make, compared to having it produced in their Clover brew system. It’s important to mention they didn’t offer the Clover option as a substitute for my pour-over. Overall. I found it disappointing that both a seasonal coffee(Christmas Blend) was not being promoted in the morning. I also was disappointed that my coffee took over 10 minutes to make. Some would argue that I’m being unreasonable. But I have had pour-overs in the past and this delay only occurred, because the employees were concerned with helping people in the drive-thru. I’ll check back in a month.

My 5-stars is partially to make for for the CB who seemed to have lost her sh! t over what employees do on their breaks. This is store better off if that CB doesn’t go back. I love this store. So cool inside & the baristas always seem so happy. I usually stop after taking my daughter to LWHS or after I’ve picked her up as a treat for both of us. 5-Stars for great customer service & for how great the are as a company on the whole. I’d give them more if I could for what the do for our military too.

Okay I’ll officially never be back. NASTYNASTYNASTY!!! I made a mobile pay & go order. While waiting in the car facing the dumpster area, our attention was first directed there when we noticed one employee taking his break practically in the dumpster, but literally no exaggeration he was sitting on a crate at the foot of the dumpster.(big deal right? Not my first choice of seating but that’s all him) so shortly after about 3 other on duty employees trickle out the side door to empty the trash it looks like. BIGDEAL? Right, the only problem here, they were all wearing their aprons which is supposed to serve as the barrier between there uniform(street clothes) & our food, drinks etc. they proceed to throw trash out obviously having to touch the wet, dirty dumpster & one girl in particular WIPEDHERHANDSONTHEFRONTOFHERAPRONREPEATEDLY !!!(picture proof) — this same woman decides while on the clock, to TAKE A COUPLEDRAGSOFTHECIGARETTE of the employee who sat by the dumpster to eat. As far as I know cigarettes aren’t to be smoked within 20ft of a restaurant etc. I pray she washed her hands when she went back & not that it would do much since she’s already contaminated her uniform. I can make a sure bet since they made little effort to be discreet in all that I saw I don’t want to know what happens when no one is watching. Management needs to get on this ASAP&GETTHESTOREINACCORDANCEWITHPUBLICHEALTHSAFETY&ALLOTHERFDALAWS.

I have to admit this is one of the coolest Starbucks café I have ever been to! Very spacious for working, studying or chatting with friends. This Starbucks is one of the only ones open late on the east side. They are open late till 2 am and reopen at 5 am. This Starbucks is one of the very few Starbucks that serve wine and appetizers! I think its really cool but it also fit this Starbuck’s atmosphere. They have a lot of selection for their wines and really yummy flatbread. Apparently, this Starbucks location is one of the busiest locations in the state. Surrounded by Google and Microsoft it can get really busy and hectic in there. One downside is that it is the only one open late at night, so there is usually no study tables open if you come too late. The parking is also very limited and you have to park across the street into the next plaza or at Jiffy Lube.

Was expecting to redeem a reward for a drink. $ 8 later, I have my glass of wine with roasted pepitas. They seem to take the handling of liquor very seriously. First I was flattered I was asked for my ID. Next thing that’s different is that this was delivered to me. No yelling out my name and picking up from the counter :) All in all, service was pleasant. This place opens until midnight — good to know for insomniacs!

Walked in, ordered a iced black tea and double tall breve latte. She asked me if I wanted any flavor. I said oh yes! vanilla. Thanks for asking. She comes back says we are out of black tea and suggests some peach tea and I say fine. Also ordered a warm coffee cake. She comes back with my coffee and and a hot tea. I told her I needed an iced tea where upon she comes back with, «sorry, we don’t have that tea in ICED». Ok what kind DO you have? Waiting for the tea while my coffee is cooling i get my coffee cake and it’s cold! Tea finally comes(that my wife’s says is disgusting) and now i have to wait for her to warm my cake. Finally sit down with my wife and discover my now Luke warm coffee has NOVANILLA! Too pissed off to go confront barista again so just leave.

They were good. Nothing like the other locations. Just kind of boring and quite. One of the baristas was talking on between drinks to someone who seemed like a friend who was sitting at the counter by machines. Drink was great. But not the same ambiance and feel of location

Dear RoseHill Starbucks, you have officially pissed me off for the last time. First off, I am singling out this location since it has been the one I have been frequenting the most lately since I started working a crossed the street. I have been a loyal Starbucks fan for many years now but this fan is now jumping ship. A. I have come to realize(after testing out various other coffee stands) that your lattes and mochas are FLATTASTELESSWATEREDDOWN and BITTER!!! When I ask for a flavored syrup I can barely taste it!!! Do you even know what a pump of vanilla is??? B. Your customer service at many locations has totally gone down the crapper! When I pull up to the window I barely get a Hello. No good morning, no how is your day going. Just hand me my coffee and sail on through to the next Starbucks Mule! C. Your new method of «Order Taking» at the drive through is fucking annoying! When I place my order do not keep asking me «And what else»??. «And What else»?? You act like I am planning on spending my whole paycheck here or something! Plus you sound like that Asian lady in ‘Dude Where’s My Car’ that continually squawks through the drive in box. And then??? An than??? So now that I have fallen for your Sbux iPhone App and have loaded near $ 300 on it over the past few months and have become a so called valued Gold Member; I will proceed to collect the last of my Stars until I earn my next free drink and then enjoy a free bday drink on you when that rolls around. As for now Mercury Coffee Co, you know the one a crossed the street from you that has cars wrapped around the parking lot all day and night. Ya, that little place, will be getting my business from now on. Mercury actually takes pride in their coffee making, their ingredients, and most importantly Their Customers! Something that greedy corporate Starbucks is becoming less known for. — Deuces Sbux! Oh and one more thing. As my dear departed husband always told whomever happened to be at the window when we went there together. Starbucks sucks because they took away our SONICS!!!

I have always liked the energy in here. The service is quick and the drive through has the latest technology. They are open nearly 24 hours, which I’m grateful for as a night owl, since there is sometimes hardly anything to do on the east side of Seattle at night. The inside is comfy and a great space to study or meet a friend for a cuppa joe. Rose Hill starbucks — Thanks for being awesome !!

Parking Situation: Horrible, usually the drive-thu is so long that it blocks all of the parking, so if one would like to go inside the have to wait for the drive thru people to clear out. The people coming out, again, have to wait for the people in the drive thru to move through before they can back out. Service: Do not tip here. Horrible, Rude, Lazy service. I was in line with three extremely picky young women in front of me, not attractive. This customer seemed to the know the employees by name so I assumed she may have worked there. She kept asking this particular staff to make her drink because the other person ruined and discolored the drink she got. So instead of having her wait a few minutes after I paid for my $ 5 latte plus tip. They re-made hers(which took 8 or more minutes because it was super complex and the drink was not even on the menu, for heaven sakes this is rush hour to work people). They finally after making her drink over an over, did not apologize, she did not thank anyone. I walked straight over to the tip jar and took my tip back. I will never go there again. Not the first time this location as been the most unfriendly and inconvenient.

You really have to watch the folks working at this Starbucks. On multiple occasions they have either double-charged me for my order or failed to apply my reward after assuring me that they had. It is so frustrating. Typically for the first problem I have to call the 800 customer service number. Oy! Typically I do not go to Starbucks for the coffee although I will confess that I do buy the Pike Place Via boxes. The Pike Place and Tribute are my absolute favorite ones. In the mornings, I’m hitting up this Starbucks for a Bistro Box. My favorite is the Chicken and Hummus. If they don’t have that one I’ll fall back to the Protein one. The biggest thing to be mindful of is the best used by dates. As with most things, the farther out the date, the better it’s going to taste. During peak hours as other reviews have noted this drive thru gets very, very busy and if you have parked to go inside it can be a challenge to get out of your parking space and then out of the lot. I try really hard to not go there during peak hours!

This is probably my favorite location. Not just because of the drive thru option but the staff is always friendly and speedy. They also seem to open later than most Starbucks in the area so big upside there.

Apparently the customer is supposed to be a mind reader at this location. Gee when they ask for my name and normally then shout out that given name one comes to expect that level of service at ALL Starbucks location. But not here. Seriously I’m paying 5 freaking dollars plus 9.5% sales tax and for what? Oh yeah that’s right the privilege to stand around letting my drink get cold. Nice customer service. Don’t wonder why I’m not really happy and feel the only way to express myself is by posting on Unilocal

It’s great because it’s open late but two things that bug me about this location… 1) parking is horrible! not only is the lot tiny, the stalls are small and there’s always construction in that lot so machines and trucks take up the spots 2) they close their bathrooms almost 2 hours before they close to clean them! I understand y’all wanna go home right after work but closing a bathroom in a coffee shop(caffeine = diuretic = peeing every 20 mins) is the worse idea ever. Maybe it’s to get us leave and go home to use the bathroom… The employees are not as nice as those at the Kelsey Creek location. Some have a bit of attitude and they don’t smile as much. Coffee is fine. The store is fairly large but it’s always packed so it’s difficult to find seating. But yay for being open late!
