I had my colonoscopy done here and everyone was great. I would recommend the Kirkland office to anyone.

I went to the one in Edmonds. It seems from the reviews that several folks have complained about the same issue… deceptive billing. I had the same issue at the PSG in Edmonds. See my review about the one in Edmonds. They all operate under the same name PSG. Stay away from these people. There are many other trust worthy places you can go to.

This clinic was very deceptive in their billing on two occasions. I inquired extensively what my obligation would be after insurance –was told one thing and still had to pay over $ 500 out of pocket for a preventative procedure that was supposed to be covered under my insurance. Very unprofessional and argumentative when I tried to resolve the matter. I would highly recommend against this clinic. If you decide to use them, make sure you get get everything in writing. Very dishonest from my experience.

I just had a colonoscopy done by Dr. Sue Eng. I felt the staff was courteous and attentive. I was taken back on time and I felt Dr. Eng explained the procedure very thoroughly to me. When it was over she explained the results to my satisfaction and I left a happy patient. I couldn’t ask for more. I enjoyed the fact they didn’t put me completely out and I got to watch the video screen of what the camera was seeing.

Went to the one in Edmonds for a side pain i was having. Signed documents to pay cash since my insurance didn’t cover the procedure. The documents agreed for $ 2K with certain amount of tests and the procedure it self. I got a month later 2 more bills with a total of $ 2K more that was never discussed or agreed upon. They sent labs somewhere in seattle for extra tests that were not discussed and the lab sent me to collections, making me responsible for the Doctors bills, even though i never agreed or signed documents agreeing to this. I have now 2 separate collections agencies, trying to collect from me for something i had paid for. When we called the place(Puget sounds gastro) all they said was sorry, admitted they screwed me up by not disclosing the extra charges and still till this day they haven’t dropped the collections agencies or call them off. Guess who is going to take them to court?

Going to the doctor ranks somewhere above going to the dentist on my list of fun things to do. Going in for surgery rates only slightly above getting a root canal. My visits to PSG were for hernia surgery, so yeah. Not a lot of fun. That being said, no complaints about the staff, and fortunately they got me into an exam room quickly enough that I didn’t have time to fill out their quick and easy two page survey on my patient experience. My doctor was OK. Not exactly fabulous bedside manner, but I set the bar lower for surgeons than for GPs in that category. He seems to have done a pretty good job on the actual surgery, my scars are minimal. The surgery itself was at least as good as could be expected. I was told I could be out of commission for a week, and my brother said he took two weeks off work to recover, but I was working from home the next day. Unfortunately, the happy drugs you get by prescription after the surgery aren’t nearly as good as the happy drugs you get during the surgery, so I did experience«some discomfort» for a couple of weeks.
