This office is a little off the beaten track on the side of a strip mall but it is well marked from the street and worth the time to find. Dr. Cusic is thorough, personable, and quick. He has a well chosen selection of frames too. (i get dizzy with too many choices. This is not a huge selection but it is expertly edited.)

Always great experience, going to Dr. Cusic for the last 8 years. Friendly staff who really cares about every patient and remembers them no matter I only come back once a year for regular eye exams. There is always great selection of frames including sunglasses. Definitely recommend my doctor and this place to everyone.

Dr. Cusic and the team at Optical Images are top notch! I’m relatively new to the area and a friend recommended visiting Optical Images. I was greeted by friendly people when I walked in the door and I had a great overall experience (and continue to have great experiences)!
In addition, Dr. Cusic and the Optical Images team helped me choose a LASIK surgeon, they conducted the pre and post op eye exams at Optical Images, they scheduled the corrective eye surgery, and my eyes haven’t been in this great of shape in over 20 years!

Terrible customer service. I left two messages during office hours within three days and no one calls back. The doctor prescribed me glasses during a dry eyes spell and when I got the glasses, I couldn’t see clear. I refused them, and got new ones done, but those lenses were not good either. They felt too strong. I got told to get used to it. He also recommended tear duct plugs and put in some temp plugs to try out. They were too small and I lost them after three hours. When I went back to tell them, I was not offered to get a new set, but got charged $ 600 which I refused to pay and fought with them for 6 month. My new eye doctor treats me for dry eye, never mentioned duct plugs and refuses to prescribe me new lenses unless my dry eye is under control. This is how a patient should be treated.

Eye Doctors are hard to find that can make your vision right… THE FIRST TIME!
Dr Ross Cusic and his staff are extremely professional and have the latest state of the art equipment in correcting vision issues. I’ve been seeing Dr Cusic now for the last 5yrs and I plan to continue to see him. I have stigmatism’s and he has made my ability to see fantastic. I work in front of a computer and under extremely bright lights and have sensitive issues to light. Dr Cusic fixed those issues He’s GREAT!

These previous reviews are clearly for a different doctor who was at the same office previously. It is now run by Dr. Cusic. I could not have had a worse experience, starting from the time I walked in the door.
The receptionist was extremely short and cold. The doctor was odd and felt like he was interrogating me.
After my exam, I asked if I could order contacts, all the receptionist said was «yes». No help or interest in helping me, she just walked off and said have a nice day.
So I left paying a good amount of money for a prescription that they wouldn’t help me utilize.

I’ve bought multiple frames here over the years and Tim is a great help. He is always able to find the right frame for me and does exceptional work. If there is ever an issue they are quick to resolve and they take amazing care of you!

Tim is still the best optical assistant in town. What’s not to like about a guy who won’t let you leave with frames that make you look stupid! I do have a tendency to go with the expensive and often odd looking frames, but Tim usually slaps some sense into me. It’s like taking your mom with you but without the incessant nagging.

The only place we’ll go for our checkups and glasses, Tim and the gang are not only super nice but always get things handled effortlessly. When frames get bent, checkups are needed or anything else comes up they don’t do anything but go above and beyond to get things taken care of.
Even though we moved out of the neighborhood we will all continue to make the drive!

Very nice, down to earth staff. The doctor found out that my old prescription was too strong so that was nice. Office could use a little cleaning/​updating… But I’m sure that would increase the prices. (which are currently reasonable)

Tim was great. Helped me with a warranty issue from a purchase from mid-​2009 and remembered my name when I came into the shop. He stands behind what he sells and customer satisfaction is of the highest priority.
