Starting my career, 1st time apartment seeking.
Gave Luna Sol Apartments a call in regards to their lease terms and cost of living. I politely inquired about studios within my budget.
The representative (Paula) laughed at my budget and responded with;
«Did you find anything here in the upper side of the town?»,
«Ours starts at $ 1200.00 per month at least».
Extreme imperious remark in terms of customer service.

Just moved into this place and I love it. The units are unique and very modern. I got a much larger unit for around the same price as the one I looked at next door at slater 116 VERY VERY happy with my new place and the staff that welcomed me.

1 bedroom, 5th floor, 6 months
Nice and quiet — residents & staff are polite… apartments are brand-​new with very open layouts. Highway noise is barely noticeable with the window closed, but loud once fully opened. Can’t hear neighbor’s voices/​tv/​etc…
Water is a flat rate and all lighting is energy efficient. Secured garage is great, but the gym is pretty small. Office hours are standard — which make it difficult to pick up packages (would be nice if they stayed open until at least 6pm). Finishes/​appliances are not top of line, but made to look that way.
Overall very happy and would recommend…
