Great experience. I was nervous because it’s my first nostril piercing so I thought it would be a long, awkward procedure. We ended up talking a lot which made me super comfortable because she’s really easy to talk to. Shauna makes you laugh! She gave me great advice –very simple and easy to follow. I definitely recommend her!

I have been seeing Shauna for over 7 years. Over the years Shauna has done my: Nose(5 times) Lip(3 times) Tragus(2 times) Conch Lobes Rook Tragus …today I went and saw her for 3 more piercings(Nose…again, Conch, and Tragus). She is so sweet! I really trust her opinion on placement and what jewelry to pick so that I have the easiest healing time possible. Shauna really takes care of her clients. Any time I’ve ever had a freak out(first keloid, try changing jewelry myself, etc) she is always able to fit me and take care of me. I will continue to exclusively only see Shauna for all my piercing needs. Shauna is the best of the best! Go see her, you will NOT be disappointed!

Shauna is amazing! I had gotten a cartilage piercing one month ago somewhere else, and the other night I was having an earring emergency & freakout. I wanted to see a professional ASAP to help me figure out what was going on. I called her at 8am(even though she doesn’t open until later in the morning) and she let me come in earlier to help me out. She helped figure out what was going on with my piercing and cleaned it all up– free of charge. It was such a nice thing to do that I would recommend her to anyone!

This review is for a permanent eyeliner procedure I received from Shauna. I came to Shauna apprehensive because I had a poor result from another provider. I am a Latisse user and I stopped using it 2 months prior to the appointment from the other provider. Unfortunately, my eyelids bled horribly, didn’t heal well so I didn’t think I would ever be able to have permanent eyeliner. The other provider said it was completely because I used Latisse therefore my eyelids were paper thin. I was referred to Shauna by a friend. I called and told her the whole story. She said«Nonsense»! She explained that she’s been in business for 20 years, half her clients now use Latisse, and the only requirement is to stop using it a week before and a week after the procedure. She’s never had anyone bleed or not heal well. I even went in and showed her a photo of my bleeding eyelid the other provider took and spoke to her some more, and felt completely comfortable having her re-do my eyeliner. Fast forward-she is FABULOUS! She used a different, gentler instrument than the other provider had used. It did not hurt at all. She knew exactly what she was doing. I had her do it twice just to touch up some areas-it is beautiful! I had no bleeding whatsoever. I’m so glad I went to Shauna, of course wishing I had gone to her in the first place. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for permanent eyeliner! Now I can wake up in the morning with my eyes«done» already, and not worry about makeup coming off in the water.

Shauna has tattooed both my eyebrows and upper and lower eyeliner. She is awesome! I didn’t experience any pain or discomfort, at all. I will be returning soon for a liner touch up and will be taking my eldery mother with me to get her eyebrows tattooed. Getting ready in the mornings is much quicker without fussing with the eyebrows and liner! I should have done it years ago, so should you!

I tried to connect with Shauna after a lady in Justice recommended her for my daughter’s piercing. I left several messages and sent emails and finally after a few weeks I got a call back. She seemed quite knowledgable and mentioned that my daughter might be allergic to gold and may need titanium and she would recommend piercing with a needle since my daughter’s three previous piercings got infected. We made an appointment but then I had a conflict and had to cancel. I called and left her a message several days before the appointment and asked her to call me to confirm she received the message but I never heard back. If I ever succeed in connecting with her and getting my daughter’s ears pierced I will come back and update this review. I find it very frustrating when I have to call/email a place of business several times and I don’t receive a timely response. I guess business must be good for her. The lady in Justice who recommended her had some piercings done and she was very happy.

I have gone to Shauna for my belly button, a few cartilage piercings and lobes, and I plan to go back for even more! The setting is professional and she is awesome at coaching through the piercings. And the prices are really good compared to other places.

Shauna was nice and enthusiastic, but I don’t recommend her ear piercing services for children. Wanting to go to a salon rather than a tattoo parlor with my 7 year old, we went to KSC. After initially assuring me over the phone that she would use a needle rather than the piercing gun(the needle hurts less, is more accurate in placing the hole, and often more hygienic), she talked me into the gun at the appointment, saying it would be easier on my child.(By the way, my child was completely calm during the entire experience, so there were no issues around that.) Result – the piercing was asymmetrical – the holes didn’t match at all – one hole was much higher on the ear than the other. As we were leaving, Shauna mentioned that the holes were crooked a bit, but that she would grow into them and it would even out! Her aftercare instructions, I’ve since learned, were also way off. She tells clients to use nothing but Dial anti-bacterial liquid soap in the pump bottle, and to turn the earrings each day. We consulted with another piercing place and removed the earrings after a day and a half, and now have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for the holes to heal over, and then try again. It has been a frustrating, disappointing experience.
