We’ve been with First Tech since late 2004. While we’ve only been to the Kirkland and now closed down Bellevue branch we’re always treated well.
Getting help is always quick. Even the times when there’s several people in line it’s typical somebody will come from the office area and ask if anybody has a deposit only to help reduce wait times.
Recently we applied for a credit card at First Tech. Unlike major credit card companies that ask you to sign over your life in triplicate our application process took about 10 minutes including one phone call to my wife. They even handled an odd request with courtesy.
First Tech will be our long term financial institution for the foreseeable future.

The folks at my First Tech branch– which is right on my street!– are amazingly helpful. They are friendly and make me feel like my bank has the small town feel I sometimes miss now that I live in a major metropolitan area.
They really care about me as a person and I am so happy to visit them several times per week. Kudos to you!

This is a really nice branch. Whenever I am on the east side i drop by and get some checks printed off. plenty of parking and close to the 405 so a minor detour won’t take too long.
I am a huge fan of First Tech and I have been using them since the late 90’s. I hope they live a long, long prosperous life.
