Extremely disappointed in Amy. I reached out to her because my child needed her services. I was excited by her availability (maybe that should have told me something) and upon meeting her my child instantly liked her. She felt that she could open up and be honest with her.
After 2 appointments she dismissed us because we couldn’t make the 3^rd appointment (in as many days), although she said it was ok to cancel 24 hours in advance.
My child is devastated and here I am again searching for someone to whom she can relate to.
She was extremely hard to work with and she doesn’t seem to understand that we have lives outside her clinic.
Just overall disappointed. I had such high hopes. :(
