Warren is THE best for your home inspection!
I have used Warren twice before I have purchased a home, the first in 2008 and again recently.
Each time, he is fantastic with his thoroughness, direct feedback, working for his customer, crawling and reaching into those nasty places other inspectors try to avoid, excellent education of the whats/​who/​whys/​what ifs, and has great sense of humour!
He offers great prices especially for the level of work that goes beyond average.
He is quick to respond, offers timing inspections, and has a great list of referring companies for that needed or wanted work.

Warren and Diane make a great team. Diane was very responsive to my inquiries and helped find a suitable time slot under a time pressured schedule as part of a home purchase. She also took time to share personal experiences with me that were especially relevant to my situation.
Warren has 30 years of experience in this business and really went the extra mile for us in several regards. He requests the prospective home owners accompany him throughout the inspection and he provides detailed information along the way. He was happy to spend as much time as we needed to answer all our questions and never made us feel rushed. He was thorough and thoughtful and came back to us with a formal written report within hours with an offer to answer any more questions. Highly recommended.
