Eastside OBGYN

I haven’t seen the doctors here, so this review is not for them.
The nurse that called me back after speaking to the receptionist (Robin?), who was friendly by the way, was incredibly rude. Her tone was dismissive, irritated, & she acted like I was stupid for the reason I was calling. I could tell she could care less about my problem & wanted me to go elsewhere. I am really disappointed by the way I was spoken to, I hope the rest of the staff here isn’t like her. I won’t ever know, I’ll gladly wait 3 + weeks to go to my primary Doctor.

I really really like Dr. Tsuang at this practice. She is a friendly and competent Dr. in a field where that is extremely key.
I wish I could give 5 stars but I had to subtract a couple for the practice she currently works at. Eastside OBGYN I’ve been going to for over 5 years now and within the last 2 their office staff/​service has really gone downhill. Every time I call I am put on hold (sometimes for 5+ min), there is a really nice receptionist and a rude receptionist (I think Mary is her name). Apparently they changed their pathology company because my last 3 visits I have had to call each time to get my results (I have to call first thing tomorrow because it has been over a MONTH since my last appt and I haven’t heard anything from the office. This is very been very unfortunate and I am considered going somewhere else with better office staff.
