Worst drive through experience ever! Ordered a small cone for my 3yr old son, and waited for 25 min in line. Once you get in the drive through, you can’t get out. My son was crying to get out, but we couldn’t. Horrendously inefficient staff. I asked to speak with the manager to provide feedback. She said«yes. Sorry about that. I know how you feel»… Like it was out of a poorly written training manual or process. Since drive through customers have no way of getting out of the lane, and arguably are higher margin(do not use services inside), they really need to prioritize the drive through line in a better fashion… As most businesses do these days.

I came here again and it was even worse than before. The staff is horrible. So I drove to the Woodinville store. I’ll never return to this location. It’s owned by two people a man and his wife who clearly based on tons of reviwes dont care any longer, so I’ll spend my money at other stores. It’s worth the drive I spend just as long in their line waiting to be helped.

I’d give no stars if I could. No customer service at all. The employees were rude to one another and pretty much ignored us. We told them there speaker did work in the drive through and they didn’t ever say I’m sorry. They need to address there service and enter action between each other.

This branch is run by incompetent teenagers. They frequently mess up orders. If heaven forbid you make a alteration it’s a roll of the dice whether you actually get it or not(they usually are good enough to charge you for it though) I love their flamethrower sauce but the workers here don’t care and fail to perform even the most basic tasks. If the manager actually spent time training or even hired people other than young attractive girls then maybe the restaurant could function.

I can see how many of the bad reviews have arrived to conclusions based on the limited intel I got from my visit. This would be a 2.5 star review, so I gave the benefit of the doubt with a 3. First, they are slow as heck, and it wasn’t busy at all in the dining room or drive thru when I arrived. Most Dairy Queens take a bit longer than a place like McDonald’s so it’s somewhat to be expected. The service wasn’t overall super friendly, but it was certainly cordial enough. They were out of lids at the soda fountain and me and another customer asked a drive thru guy who walked by for some lids. This dude went back twice to bring them to us individually, and then didn’t just bring a stack of them like we advised. Not the brightest bulb. He also had a tad of attitude which deserved a little slap in the face from my Momma. Nearly half the tables in the restaurant were dirty and I had to walk the entire dining room before I could find a place to sit. Then they forgot one item in my order, which was just a meal deal with a side of fries. She did in my opinion make up for the it by pretty much giving me twice the amount of fries that should fit in the container. The food was just as good as any other Dairy Queen I go to and the areas around the soda fountain and condiments were clean. The overall appearance of the restaurant and parts of the kitchen in view were also generally pretty clean. I would comeback if I was craving a blizzard, but my expectations of this place are fairly low. Unilocal has an ambience section, so I checked«divey, casual, & romantic.»

The whole staff including their manager seemed to be in a very bad mood. No concept of customer service and above all manager sucked the most, can’t blame the team working under such management. Visited the place on 10⁄158:15 pm, will never go here again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I honestly hate complaining since I have worked at Dairy Queen for half my life. Every time I bring my family to this Dairy Queen we are disappointed in one way or another. And now, after waiting all year for the delicious pumpkin pie blizzard, I ordered one today and it had no flavor at all. Just tasted like a cup of vanilla ice cream. This happened last month when my daughter ordered the cotton candy blizzard. I’m so bummed and have given this location multiple chances but I can say that we will not be going back to this Dairy Queen again.

I agree with most of these reviews. During a recent experience I was waited on by a young lady at the register who barely made eye contact, I had to repeat my order several times. After she took the order she said nothing. I just stood there. She just stood there and looked into space. I asked her nicely if my order was placed, she said nothing, I asked again and she woke up and said it was in the system and looked back into space. I believe it was the manager who came over and now was standing next to her, had an attitude and told me the order will be taken care of by and he pointed to the kids by the drive thru window. There must have been 4 of them over there, not sure what they were doing. After quite a wait my order was done. With re: to the cleanliness, agree that it could be better.

Pull up to pay and gave my card to the young kid with a pony tail. He ens up screaming ‘yo’ at me trying to give my card back. Get home with my chicken strip basket. The gravy is yellow(not sure how that is even possible). Think they’re serving bottom of the barrel gravy. I would have rather been told they’re out. And i received less than a handful of fries. I get that the people there probably hate their jobs, but dont take it out on me.

If you’re in a self-deprecating mood and would like to deal with teenagers who have an extra sparkle in their bitchiness, but can’t for the life of them correctly take an order, I highly recommend this place. The evil eye is strong in this group of fast food workers. The wretched sanitation practices of the employees is like an adventure through a germ-filled, Am I Or Am Not About To Get Hepatitis Wonderland. The owners could care less about the quality of customer service evident by their practice of hiring rude children. This place is like Nickleback — I don’t know anyone who likes them, but somehow they seem to be able to make money.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I understand this is a fast food restaurant, and I am certainly not holding it to a high standard, but I will certainly not be a customer here again. Firstly, upon walking in and standing at the counter the cashier interrupted me and walked off 3 times while I tried to take my order and gave me a major attitude when I tried to ensure he got my order since he obviously had better things to do than listen to me. After ordering my food, the kids I was with(4 and 7, and spirited to say the least) we ended up having to wait 15 minutes for our food(I thought this was fast food?)! Upon arrival, the food was cold and not very appealing. Not to mention the blizzard I had ordered with my meal was literally liquid. When I tried to go to the front counter to ask them to make another one, it seemed as though every employee avoided eye contact as if they just didn’t want to deal with me. Last time I checked, you respected the person who spends their hard earned money in your place of business. Thoroughly unimpressed with this Dairy Queen and I highly suggest anyone who wants a blizzard go somewhere else.

I have wondered if this place was a DECA project… no matter what time I come in it is staffed and run by kids. If they aren’t yelling from one end of the store to another, they are talking with friends who are hanging out. Very little in the way of customer service. Basic DQ food — nothing too much to complain about except the wait times when someone forgets that you have ordered. Not terribly dirty, but not really clean either.

Understaffed, often not very clean. Other than that it’s your standard DQ, but the waits here make the experience poor.

‘d really like to leave no stars, there is nothing good to say other than my kids wanted icecream and this was close. 8.30 on a Tuesday evening, not busy, maybe 2 or 3 customers sat inside. We walk in the door, the guy behind the counter takes one look at us and walks away!!! Eventually came back and took our order without uttering ONE word. Another customer walks in, same guy ignores him, and the gal further back takes one look and pointedly ignores this customer. Anyway, got our order(still with no conversation) and made ready to leave. No thanks, no have a nice day or anything. Now, I don’t want to discuss politics with you or anything, but a general Hi, how are you, have a nice day or whatever might make me feel like returning, as it is I think we will just head to Redmond to Yogurtland or something instead — a little bit of customer service goes a loooong way!

Grabbed a quick lunch from here today and not only got a lovely surprise of hair in my French fries but also on my burger! To top it off the hair in my fries was blonde and the one on my burger was black! So grossed out. This was my first time here and now my last! Look at your food before I eat here!!!

This Dairy Queen is quite special to me because back in junior high, it was the place where all of us dreamed of working at once we turned sixteen. When I came back here recently, the nostalgia was still there… as were the young workers. I’m glad to see the cycle continue. I’m also glad that their food is still all right, but unfortunately I must report that it is by no means exceptional. The Deluxes were $ 1.99 each, so my friend was able to order two of those for basically four dollars. I’m more of a quality-over-quantity type of person, so I got the half-pound flamethrower grillburger for $ 5.49. They were also having Orange Julius drinks which I missed dearly, so I got a large(24 oz.) mango-pineapple smoothie for $ 3.69. The staff was kind enough to deliver to the table, but without saying a word. I guess after doing the same job for so long, it’s hard to care about the customers, especially if they don’t give tips. The food I got here was pretty average, so there’s not much to comment on. The burger had two beef patties, some bacon, Swiss cheese, and lettuce. The smoothie was a tad on the sweet side, but still tolerable. I don’t think it’s fair to expect anything great from this restaurant. I’m sure most of their employees are young and attend the schools nearby, so they simply don’t care about making the place that good. However, they do get the job done and the food is still passable. I have a reason to come here because it meant something to me when I was a kid, but other visitors may find this place to be completely average.

The best thing about Dairy Queen is peanut buster parfaits, and the most delicious part of the PBP is the interplay of peanuts and fudge. I won’t get into my theories, but I think everyone knows that you must include both peanuts and fudge in every spoonful. This Dairy Queen had hard, bitter, weirdly smoky peanuts and I am both too lazy and too uncoordinated to de-peanut a parfait. It ruined the whole $ 4 treat. Big letdown after I had waited approximately five minutes just to order it at 9 pm on a Friday night. Also they have a monitor which displays some of the images they can screenprint onto ice cream cakes, but it’s not a touch screen monitor so don’t go up and stroke it, like I did.
