Cele’s Meals & Catering

When I sought a caterer to provide just the main course of a fundraiser dinner that I was organizing, Cele was the first caterer to respond and she was enthusiastic, helpful, and professional. Her menu suggestion was perfect for our group of people and dietary concerns were easily met, even with a buffet dinner for a crowd.
On the day of the event, Cele’s servers arrived promptly and were friendly and professional throughout the event. They were extremely helpful and kindly sliced and served dessert, even though it was not an item that they were providing.
The dinner went very well and it was largely thanks to the great food and service provided by Cele and her staff. I highly recommend them.

I don’t know where to start other than to say hire these people NOW before they get so well known you won’t be able to.
We contracted with Cele’s Meals and worked with the owner herself (Cele) to plan food for our wedding reception. When we started we had nothing — no theme, no idea what to serve. She helped us come up with both, and then walked us through planning the menu, making gentle suggestions, reminding us what produce was available at that particular time of the year, and every other detail that we never would have thought of. Her attention to detail and level of expertise were both impressive and comforting.
The menu we came up with reflected sort of a late-​summer picnic. We had fresh rolls, hummus, buttermilk biscuits (omg, heaven), baked fried chicken (heaven part two), honey ham, potato salad, fresh made cole slaw, fresh watermelon, long green beans with bacon — all comfort food, because that’s what our family likes. Honestly, it was like a mom who was already a kick-​ass cook to begin with went to culinary school and came back just to blow people’s minds with waves upon waves of cosmic homemaker deliciousness. That’s how comfy *AND* incredibly good the food was. We got zero complaints and many, many raves, even from our most persnickety and particular guests. The chicken and potato salad were especially popular.
The staff at the event were professional, very friendly, had an incredible can-​do attitude, and brought a lot of experience to the evening. Whatever we wanted, their lead Michele figured out how to do it. It was like, «Sorry no» or «I don’t know how to do that» just was not in her vocabulary. She and her staff are like smiling super catering ninjas — always there, always friendly, but never intrusive, and hidden when they didn’t need to be out and about.
As if you can’t tell, I would very highly recommend Cele’s meals. No matter the type or size of function, dietary restrictions, whatever — Cele and her team will rock your world.

Cele’s Meals is the place to go to get exactly what your looking for. The owner Cele was very dedicated to providing the perfect menu for our occasion and was very easy to work with. The choices she provided complimented each other and our selection of Argentinian wines. Our the guests loved the flavors!
Here are some of the food choices she provided: Black Olive Tapenade, Sundried Tomato Tapenade, Artichoke Parmesan Tapenade, Spanish Sweet Spiced Almonds and Reduced Sodium Salami. Yum!
It was so easy! All we did was give her some information about our event, the type of food we were looking to have there and she took care of the rest. Easiest catering experience ever!
