Do not do business with these people. They are not about people. They do really well with saying they are all about the members when in fact they really aren’t.
If it was between loosing my home and getting another lone with BECU, I’d rather be homeless with a sign out in front of Walmart…
Really read the online reviews about BECU. Run away, run away as fast as you can.
It’s too bad I have to even leave one star.

Most people belong to banks to either get their paychecks cashed or to get turned down for loans. BECU is a community bank that offers something for everyone. I have had my debit card compromised «THREE TIMES» this year, and they have protected my account without my begging. Friendly staff at all times, will help with the most mundane of questions, and treat you as an equal. Never snarky. Ever. I get my car loans through them, too. I don’t think that there is a better bank. Keep it up, BECU.

Screw the banks. Convenient, 24 hour service at the cash machine. I have not had to wait in a line yet except at the cash machine once in a while. The interest rates they pay is higher than any banks as well. I give them 5 unreserved stars.

I LOVE BECU!
I can’t say it enough… I know it’s not convenient for everyone to have a cash-​free branch but I’ve been with them for years and I have never had a problem with it. In fact, completing my transactions at the snapshot ATM is very easy and I like that I can do my banking at 3am, if I want to. Also any question or issue you may have can easily be addressed by one of the customer services personnel inside the branch during normal business hours.
