Located in a home but very professional setup with front desk and typical separate massage room. You enter to the sound of birds and discuss areas you want to focus on during massage. Elizabeth was very personable and made me feel comfortable. Her use of hot stones in long strokes to warm up the muscles was great, and she was able to get out the knots in my problem areas. I’d recommend for anyone with sore muscles needing rejuvenation.

I had pain in my legs, especially the left one; adhesions, tight calves and a weird tugging sensation in my heal. Elizabeth gave me a treatment massage and focused on getting my soft tissues to return to their natural state. I thought it would take several treatments, but during the days after the massage everything went back to normal. I gotta say the treatment massage was intense, but very effective. I am so glad I went to her and got this work done, if I had left it alone it I am sure it would have gotten worse. Great to be pain free again!
