Andrew did a FANTASTIC job being the lender for my FIRST home purchase. Doing a first time VA backed loan can be a bit difficult, and Andrew went WAY out of his way to make sure everything fell into place for it to close on time. His professionalism was WAY above average. Working with someone who has been in the business for decades made all the difference.
I recommended him to a friend for her refinance, and she also said he made it incredibly easy, even though other lenders had made it seem like a difficult process.
I do not hesitate to recommend Andrew for ANY home financing.

I have waited YEARS to refinance!!! No one… not even the current loan holder could help!!! I have gone thorough MANY people who said they could help… No one has until I found Andrew!!! I actually started my process more recently through a different lender/company…they were super awesome and they were one of the first people that told me yes but the closing costs were insane! I then looked this particular company up and the Unilocal reviews were a disaster every single person had something horrible to say about this other company!!! I then posted a S OS on my Facebook and ask people for a lender or mortgage broker they trusted and I came across Andrew through a friend!!! He called me within hours of my friend giving him my info. It was after hours and honestly Ive never had such amazing customer service! THIS GUY KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING!!! I explained to him my concerns about the other company and asked him if he could do any better for me, just because I was scared about the other company didn’t mean that if he couldn’t come up with better numbers that I wouldn’t go with that other company!!! He came up with similar numbers but saved me thousands on closing costs, for me this was worth it… the last thing I wanted to do was refinance and put myself deeper in the hole! Because a very good friend referred me to him it was instantly the comfort and the confidence I needed to know that I was being taken care of I’m not taking advantage of! I am now saving $ 300 a month on my mortgage and my interest rate dropped from 5.75% to 4.125%! I have a bankruptcy on my record, I’m a self employed single mom and I have a lot of debt to income… he has a lot of staff who are amazing and also through the entire process kept checking in and didn’t forget about me. I feel very taken care of! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! Andrew and staff you have made my life livable!!! What a huge gift you are!!!

I had been contacted by other lenders, but decided to work with Andrew to refinance my home. I was prepared for a long, complicated process, but it ended up being quite the opposite.
The great thing about working with Andrew is his customer service and knowledge. There is definitely a difference working with someone who has several years of industry experience! I appreciate how Andrew took the time to address all of my questions and needs. I thought I had a pretty good understanding of all of the paperwork when I made my initial purchase with another lender, although in going through the refinance process, Andrew was a lot more helpful about explaining everything.
As someone with a busy job working in corporate management, I didn’t have time to be running around to and from the office.
