The 5 star rating was an easy one to give! Eric was extremely careful, caring, friendly, thoughtful, intuitive and funny, which is what this worry wart needed. He took extremely great care of loading and towing my antique car, and made my already stressful situation much easier to handle. He treated my car as if it was his own, and coming from a woman with high expectations, that says a lot!

Eric far exceeded any expectations! He was very fast to pick us up, super friendly and personable while we rode with him towing our car to get service, and went out of his way to take us to a restaurant to wait for our ride.
