I called and spoke with John and felt at ease with him instantly. I had a leak inside my convertible Sebring and was told by a company in Everett that I needed to replace my convertible top. The company in Everett claimed they had done a water test and confirmed the top was the problem and quoted me $ 1500 dollars. For some reason I didn’t believe it and started researching companies and luckily found All City. Spoke with John and he said he didn’t feel I needed a new top based on what I described but he wanted to do a water test. Well sure enough it wasn’t the top the water was coming from the front right passenger door and did not cost $ 1500 to fix. Today I found out there are still a few good businesses out there and All Care is one. Thanks to John and staff I did not have to worry any more because they solved the problem. The team at All Star if the convertible top had been replaced it would not have solved the problem. All I can say is much thanks and when I do need a new top I will gladly travel from Everett to Kirkland anyday.

They rebuild some used Saab 9000 passenger seat leather panels into a drivers seat for me with very good results. John’s attitude and advice even on a small job was much appreciated.

All City did an amazing job on our Corolla. Our sunroof had a leak that we had tried twice to have repaired elsewhere – with no luck. I’m so glad All City was recommended to us by Honda of Kirkland – I’m not sure we would have found them otherwise, since we live in Seattle. The trip over the bridge was well worth it. They were thorough, honest, and best of all – it no longer rains in the car when it is raining in Seattle.

We recently went to All City for them to replace the headliner covering in the 2002 Dodge Dakota Quad Cab pickup we are readying to sell. We drove by for a quick estimate and scheduled an appointment for the next week. We dropped our truck off just before closing on Mon night and it was ready to pick-​up within 24 hours. all City did a beautiful job for about $ 300. The headliner matches the interior and looks fantastic. My only disappointment is with myself — for driving our truck around so long with the headliner hanging down instead of getting it repaired sooner! I can definitely recommend the guys at All City for your headliner replacements. I’m confident they would do a great job on upholstery and convertible tops as well. Everyone was very polite, friendly and professional. The scheduling was easy and the service was prompt. The price we paid was an excellent value, which I’m sure will make our truck easier to sell at a price that will more than cover the cost. They are a bit difficult to find, so when you get to the address, just drive down the drive almost to the end of the building. They have good signage to help you locate the storefront of their bay.

I worked with John to select replacement upholstery for my Mustang GT. The current upholstery was falling off from the heat in Florida.
After the replacement vinyl was ordered, I dropped my car off and the results were great. The interior of my vehicle looks way better and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend All City Convertibles & Customs for interior /​upholstery work.

My 2009 Audi Q7 driver’s seat was developing a 3″ long tear on the side bolster, and I visited All City Convertibles & Customs. John explained the details of how it could be repaired, selected the right material for it, and provided a quote. I made an appointment for the repair — I had to reschedule it due to a sudden schedule conflict, and John was very accommodating. When I visited for the actual repair, the experience was very smooth. The repair was very, very well done, the price was fair, and it was done earlier than expected.

Took my Alfa Romeo Spider to All City to have a new convertible top installed. A few weeks ago they quoted me a price and honored that price. They also got the job done on time — they even stayed after hours until I got there for pickup.
Beyond the standard installation they noted the frame was rusty, so they addressed that and several other things — none of which I had called to their attention.
I immediately noticed that the floors were neatly vacuumed, too.
Before leaving the installer gave me some good advice about the top.
When I dropped the car off to do the top I asked for some ideas for new seat upholstery. So when I returned for pickup they presented me with a couple of nice options. He remembered my budget and made sure the options met the budget. Needless to say — I will be using them to do the seat upholstery!

I have a 1994 Ford F-​150 with nearly 250,000 miles. The drivers seat was crushed flat with age and usage. The guys at All City Convertibles & Customs rebuilt my seat and gave me a great price on it. The seat is better than new! When I was leaving a frayed wire created a little smoke under the seat, so I went back immediately and Matt and the Mike (who had rebuilt and thoroughly repaired the seat) came right out, pulled the seat and overhauled it right in front of me. They repaired the wire with enthusiasm and no additional charge. That kind of service and no-​bs coverage is very rare in my experience to begin with. But Matt really went the extra mile when he was noticed a crack in the floorboard under the driver’s seat. He offered to weld it back if I came by at the end of the next day…
Well that was today (5÷14÷13) and even though I was running late and Matt was on his way out, he stayed an extra 40 minutes to clean and weld around 14 non-​linear inches of the floorboard back together. I am actually amazed that the seat hadn’t fallen through before now. It was a very thorough job complete with a quick coat of paint to prevent rust.
I never know what to expect when I take my old truck to a shop. Especially when I go to a shop that does really high end jobs. The team at All City Convertibles & Customs not only treated the old beast like it was new, they made it more comfortable than it ever been. Not to mention safer to drive.
You’ve earned a customer for life and I would definitely recommend All City Convertibles & Customs to anyone looking to have upholstery work done on any vehicle.

All City Convertibles did a fantastic job with my Miata. Well worth tracking them down through the road construction (November 2012) and their not-​so-​obvious location: look for the driveway sign on the north side of NE 112^th St.
I had bought a top from an Internet store and was going to install it myself, but I checked All City’s prices and they were so reasonable I decided to let the pros install it.
There’s an engineering adage that goes «Good, fast, cheap … pick any two.» With All City, you get all three.
The end result is my Miata top looks better than the original. All City’s installation left the fit and connections to the Miata roof cross-​bars spot on. They even stored the wet towels (my old rear window was leaking as the zipper no longer worked and I had the window taped into place) in a plastic bag so they wouldn’t soak the interior. That is service above and beyond.
I’d go there again for any auto upholstery job.

John and staff are terrific. I’ve taken my 88 Saab convertible there three times. They’ve also done upholstery work on our boat. Great job each time, on or under estimate. Even worked creative solutions like thick plastic back window when my old top wouldn’t take new glass. A++

I needed to have a seat bolster repaired. It was an eye sore and I wanted to bring the interior up to par with the rest of the car. I asked a few people in the local car community who should do the work and the name I heard the most was All City Convertibles and Customs in Kirkland. They took great care of me and have gained a customer for life! I wouldn’t hesitate to take any of my upholstering needs to them. High quality and great prices!
