This is a great place for a family camp out. Our family of 16 met here for Easter weekend this year. Kids had plenty of space to play and ride bikes. We love state parks. Thank you Arkansas. One more thing though. Full hookup at this place does NOT include sewer. That’s not how we roll in Texas. ;(. Full hook up means full.

Camped for 3 nights in Daisy State Park during the week of March 15th. I did hear from others that Arkansas had some great state parks, and Daisy State Park was great. – If you reserve an RV site, you will get running water as well as electrical outlets. Each site also has a picnic table, a grill, and a fire pit. – The park is surrounded by Lake Greeson so there are plenty of fishing spots as well as boat ramps. – I saw a ton of people bringing 4-wheelers to ride on the trails. – There is plenty of grocery stores and convenience stores near by. – It’s about 30 minutes to the Diamond Mine and 90 minutes to Hot Springs. This is a great park and a great camp site. I would definitely go back if given the chance. The only negative was that because our tent spot wasn’t marked clearly, we ended up setting up in the wrong spot the first night. We ended up having to break everything down and re-set up the following morning. I believe the cost was around $ 20/night. There are also restrooms near by with showers. The park is kept clean and felt extremely safe.
