My wife and I hired T & M Developers because of their design taste, pricing, quality of materials and labor. Tom Pierro the owner is very responsive and returns calls and emails promptly. Communication is very good which is key to retaining your customer. Aside from the unforeseen costs we were on budget for our project which was remodeling of our main bathroom. I would recommend T & M Developers to anyone and will consider them for future projects.

Tom and his team created the kitchen of my dreams! They were reliable, on time and true professionals. They went above and beyond in many ways over what was expected/​promised and stayed on time and true to estimated costs. Tom was a pleasure to work with and offered many excellent suggestions on how to optimize the space within the job — he didn’t steer me wrong! I look forward to using them again on any of my remodeling needs — siding should be next!
