I’ve been using this pharmacy for 3 years now … The pharmacists here are so nice. They know almost everyone by name… I noticed that they were greeting people behind me as I stood on line and I thought that was so pleasant to see … Sometimes they don’t always have what you need and have to wait a day or so …

I want to WARN everyone in the Kinnelon, Butler area about Rite Aids lack of a return policy!!! I bought a gift card (Visa) for my nephew, for some reason he didn’t want it. KIDS go figure .I brought it back with the receipt, so I could get an «I-​tunes» card. I was told Rite Aid does not accept returns on ANY gift cards. They would not let me exchange it for the same amount on the «I– Tune» card, nor would they give me cash or a store credit. I was also told that I had 14 days of purchase to activate it on line otherwise it would be null in void. Rite Aid should have a signe on the gift card stand (tree) stating the above & they should also tell you BEFORE you make the purchase. I will NEVER shop at Rite Aid again!!! I will go to the Kinnelon Path Mark or the Butler Stop & Shop.
