I have had a myriad of issues with this location in the past, but today was the last straw. Three weeks ago my doctor sent in a prescription for birth control, and then sent in a second for a different pill for me to take for a few months before trying the initial Rx. When the pharmacy filled it, they filled the wrong one(again) and I did not realize it until a week ago(1 week before I was to start a new pill pack). I called the pharmacy that day and left a very detailed voicemail about my dilemma and requesting a call back. No one returned my call and today I went in to the pharmacy to speak to a real person and fill my prescription only to find out that a member of the staff took it upon themselves to delete my prescription from the system. It is too late in the evening to call my dr office for a new Rx. I am disgusted with the level of customer courtesy I have been shown at this pharmacy, and I will be taking all future business elsewhere.

I have not used this location before, but I have to tell you I like it. Since I’ve only been there the once, I’m giving it an AOK, but I may start using it more. My other Walgreen’s location has gone to the dogs. This location, however is clean, fast, and uncrowded. That’s what I like. I was able to get every over the counter item quickly and efficiently and my script was done for me within 10 minutes. Awesome.

Horrible customer service. Every time I call to speak to the pharmacy I’m on hold for over 10 minutes. Employees are rude. When inquiring about the status of my script being filled I got three different stories from three different people. I will never step a foot in Walgreens again after the service this Walgreens provided.
