Great environment ! Fresh food ! The soup I had wasn’t tasteful and they happily switched it out for me ! Love this place !

Love Panera bread as a whole, but this location was kind of a bust. My major complain is the lack of seating at this location. You end up standing around with food in your arms looking for an open table. Might as well sit in the car and eat.

Don’t ask for a fugi apple salad you won’t get the fugi or the apple. No wonder this place has such bad reviews. Don’t waste your time here. The one on 290 is much better. Even the one on 45 is better than this one. Won’t be coming back! Courtney the manager didn’t see a problem with my complaint. She should take a look at these reviews.

I love Panera, but not this one! They always fail to include something in my order. The panini sandwiches aren’t cooked long enough… They’re always cold in the middle.

Make sure you check your order!!! They have good food, but can’t get an order right to save their life. Today I had company waiting for me and was bringing lunch and didn’t check… sure enough ALL5 sandwiches I ordered with NO mayo had mayo. Then all the full salads that should have come with bread… No bread. Very disappointed… The top of the receipt says you get a sweet treat if your order is wrong… How about skip the treat and get my order right. Sad… Wonder if the manager actually reads these comments. He/she should…

Went through the drive thru to grab coffee and a bagel. I swore off this place last time I was here. I probably should have stuck with it. I am unimpressed with this location. Food is decent, clean restaurant, but they ALWAYS mess up my meal. Whatever it is. Also, presentation sucks. When I go out to eat it’s because I want to enjoy the whole experience and its not here. Ok I guess to work, wifi, coffee, pastry, you’re all set. Just not my cup of tea.

I usually enjoy Panera bread but this location is the worst! They messed my order up 3 out of 5 times. I Finally called them the 3rd time around. Im not sure where the miscommunication is cashier or Cool but it’s unacceptable.

I’ve visited many Paneras in many cities, and this one is the worst. So bad that I haven’t been back in almost a year. The serving sizes are so small that it’s shocking. My daughter’s spinach salad contained so little spinach and other ingredients that I thought it had to be a mistake. She’s ordered that salad at other Paneras, so we know what to expect. I felt that we were ripped off, and that is a real disappointment. Paneras was always one of our go-to restaurants. It’s just this particular location that serves tiny portions.

Haven’t been back here in almost a year. Drive-thru service was awful. Sandwiches thrown together and stuffed in the bag. Son’s PB and J had a dollop of PB and a dollop of jelly smack in the middle of the sandwich — they did not even bother to spread it. Come on, y’all. This happened more than once. Other items were not consistent. Need to train, train, train and quality control.

I’ve tried this place and twice the cheese in my grilled cheese wasn’t melted. The first time it happened I also overhead a man complaining about his food as well. They remade my food but the cook was rude. I said thank you and he ignored my comment as if it was my fault he couldn’t make a grilled cheese.

Always great food at this location, and a friendly staff… A little off this time when they got my order wrong but it was promptly fixed without question! I think the person checking me out was in training so no problem we all make mistakes!

Great service for Sunday lunch. Busy here, but food was served quick. Excellent salads. Friendly staff. Chicken Cobb with avocado was very good, just the right amount of dressing.

One of the best Panera’s I’ve been to in a long time! The place is clean, friendly, and the food is great! The past couple visits I’ve had have been great! The manager is incredibly helpful and attentive he’s always walking around making sure everything is perfect. The place is not to loud like the Atascocita location and you don’t feel like your being kicked out after you’ve finished eating. The little girl at the cash register is the sweetest thing. I’ve never seen her with out a smile on her face! My wife and I sometimes just stop by and grab a coffee so we can have a laugh with her. The only thing I would change would be the preparation time. For being a fast food restaurant it sure does takes a while! It takes a good 15 minutes every time We dine in. I don’t know if We just go during a rush hour or what, but for being open just a year they’re doing awesome! Keep up the good work!

As a frequent Panera diner I have to say this location had the worst tasting food I have ever had at a Panera. The four croutons in my Caesar salad were not crunchy at all. In fact, they were stale and tasted like what I would imagine dog food to taste like. There was barely any sauce and my tortellini was probably thawed a week ago and served to me today. I chose to give this location two stars rather than one because of the cleanliness of the restaurant and how you can see inside the kitchen. But I guess those qualities don’t mean much if the food isn’t up to par.

I am a frequent flyer at Panera. This was my first time at this location. I like the set up much better than my usual one in Pasadena. The pastry menu and meal menu are posted by the only register area, rather than being required to order in the pastry area with no meal menu in sight, as at my Panera. The person who took my order was rushing me though. She forgot to ask for my Panera card, so she wanted me to go online to register for my points. I asked that she run it through, which she did even though she seemed bothered by the request. She then called the next person to order before I had time to gather my belongings, cup, and order number. Then when my order came out, I was told they were out of my side order item. The guy who delivered the food was very polite and patient as I explained that would change my main dish. I came in for their amazing broccoli cheese soup, which I eat by dipping the baguette into. Hard to do without the baguette. He brought me a menu and an apology from the manager, but while I was waiting for my alternative sandwich to arrive(Turkey Cranberry Flatbread — delicious!), I saw the guy brig out three other orders incorrectly, from the side item forgotten to the dressing being on the salad instead of one the side. I don’t know who dropped the ball, but when I pay the kind of prices Panera charges, I expect a certain level of accuracy with my order. Other things I like: free wifi, ambiance, pastry counter, and this location brought out the orders instead of having people wait at the counter like the Conroe location. I still don’t like how all Panera locations only offer Pepsi products, but at least this one has a caffeine free diet Pepsi option for my late afternoon meal.

Had the Panera Granola Parfait this morning and it was excellent! The granola had oats and nuts that were toasted to perfection. They didn’t skimp on the amount of granola that was offered. The yogurt and fruit were the right portions as well. This was a pleasant surprise! So happy Panera is close by — love their salads, pastries and of course the bagels!!!

I normally love Panera Bread, but this location at the drive-thru was terrible! The lady that took my money forgot to send the order out for them to make it. It caused a nearly 15 minute wait for three other people behind me in line. When I finally got my order, it wasn’t even complete. I had to go back in the restaurant to request for my extra bag of chips and French baguette. When I finally got to eat my sandwich, it was so quickly our together that it looked like someone’s leftovers. If you’re gonna eat at Panera, you definitely should do dine-in instead of drive thru.

I had never been to a Panera bread, so I really didn’t expect much. The service was super friendly and the menu interesting but with few options for breakfast I was left wanting something more. I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese on ciabatta bread and it was pretty good, but also very similar to the same breakfast sandwich at Starbucks. The coffee was great and the location is very new, so nice and clean as well. The outdoor seating is nice and will be great to enjoy a nice afternoon lunch on soon! I’ll give Panera another try for lunch/dinner, but for breakfast it’s just so-so.

Lets be honest… Everyone loves Panera. The quick service, the dense soups and the bread. oh sweet baby Jesus the bread. This location has everything you would expect of a Panera but they are still working out a few kinks. This may be due to new staff or just trying to get into the full swing of things, it could also be that this location has graced us with a drive-thru. That’s right. Soup on the go. I worked at a Panera way back in yesteryear and Ryan is right, all of the day old is donated to local charities. The food, for the most part, is prepackaged and shipped out so as to accommodate the standard 16 yr old employee. Obviously I love their soup, broccoli cheddar to be precise. It’s comfort in a bowl and brings back a little nostalgia for me. I do venture into the sammiches but was a little turned off when on my first drive-thru visit when I ordered a tuna on wheat my sandwhich came out smelling fishier than the seafood counter at the neighboring Kroger. It’s a chain, fast-foodish type of place. What more is there to say?
