Pros: he always takes the time to explain, fully, your visit/test results/prescribed meds. This is especially important at a cardiologist’s office, but it affects his punctuality. Cons: 1) the clinical staff are just plain miserable. I have yet to even get a hello after my name is called to go to the back, and nobody has ever introduced themselves to me. Last time I was here, when the medical assistant came to take me from one room to another, she didn’t even bother to stop her conversation with another nurse to address me by name or speak directly to me. I got hand gestures. Front desk and check out are generally much more pleasant. 2) You WILL wait. Why they can’t adjust the schedule for this is beyond me, but I generally wait 20 minutes to an hour just to get back and see Dr. John Samuel. I’ve never seen Asha or Paulraj. I’m not planning on coming back after my pregnancy ends which was the only reason I came here in the first place.
