Sleepy’s

The manager or atleast she said she was is an absolute scam artist. She had my husband and I fill out paperwork to run our credit just in case we wanted to purchase a bed. Come to find out a month later sleepys sent us pillows in the mail that we didn’t purchase so I brought them back to the store and explained I never ordered these. Then an associate proceeded to tell us that we didn’t have our credit ran but actually an account was opened up in our name which we didn’t not consent to. I explained we needed to be removed from their store information and they need to not send us anything else against our will and try to charge us for it. 6 months later I get a letter in the mail from a debt collector that I owe money for those pillows they sent me in the mail that I never ordered and returned to the store. Guess what my credit score has significantly dropped because of this. What liars and cheats, I would never ever shop here and I would recommend you stay away from this store. They are scam artists!
