Walked in & walked out. Nobody acknowledged us as we walked to right registration. We stood there & approx 3 staff was behind checkin desk @ left talking. Another staff walked by but didn’t acknowledge us. Smelt like dirty locker room. We left. 2 recommendation: acknowledge patrons upon arrival & bye some air fresheners.

Toddlers are restricted to one small area, and parents aren’t allowed to jump with them. Been to plenty of other chains like this, but I’ve never had this restriction. My daughter was very disappointed :-(

Amazing time! Soooo happy they have one in Kingston. Everyone was really knowledgable and nice! They separate by age so just be aware before you go.

It took me 7 phone calls to book my sons birthday party, and it was crazy expensive for 4 kids, as there are only packages for groups of 10 or more. $ 300. The person” running” the event was sweet but disappeared to set up the room for almost the whole hour, and then there’s an expectation of a gratuity at the end. The pizza was good and plentiful but wasn’t offered to us to take home at the end. Communication is below average and the price– for what you get– simply too high. We will not be returning. It was not a good experience.

Went here for an hour during lunch yesterday with 4 other adults. It ruled.
There was barely anyone else there, and the staff was really attentive and willing to open up different areas for us.
They have a ton of different zones, like a foam pit (super fun to do flips into) and an ultimate dodgeball court (I think there are a bunch of them)
I can’t overstate how much fun we all had.
I’m very sore today after an hour of jumping yesterday and I’ll be back next week with more people.
