Security Plumbing & Heating Supply

We had a great experience with Security Supply when ordering the fixtures & plumbing supplies for our bathroom renovation earlier this year. We worked with Ken, although Roseanne and Matt were always there to assist when Ken was not available. Every single employee is a pro: knowledgeable about their inventory, courteous and very helpful. Nobody tried to talk us into more expensive fixtures or appliances. Phone calls are returned immediately and the few issues that arose were handled with care and in an expedient manner. My husband and I can not get over how well we were treated. Far better than at any of the up-​scale, fancier kitchen and bath design companies & showrooms in the Woodstock, Kingston & Rhinebeck area, many of whom lost interest when they discovered that we had a budget and were sticking to it. As for the big box stores, there is no way any of them could compete with the knowledge, prices, customer service or professional detail that is given by this company. Highly recommended.

The employees they have are exceptional! Smart & knowledgeable. Carlos & Rosanne helped us with the utmost professionalism. They both know their stuff. My husband & I always get their full attention. I can’t say enough how helpful they both were. And pleasant. And you know sometimes how you are made to feel like your bothering the person (I’ve been there, anyway). They do not ever — especially today. Carlos left for the day and left us in Rosanne’s smart & kind hands. I recommend them for any body who has (our issue today) plumbing issues ! Adam another sales person has been there a long time — they know their stuff. Unlike some of big box stores who have new employee s every time you turn around and they are Not any where near knowledgeable these nice folks are.
