Job was done on time and so far seems to be done well, but it hasn’t rained yet so time will tell. It seems to be managed well as far as time constraints. The person at the desk(when I went Joel) is the only one who will speak to you. The technician won’t even look at you, let alone explain anything, which may be a good thing anyway. The waiting room is far from comfortable but I suppose if your only getting it fixed not replaced its fine. All in all its a good place to go and there brand window vs my OEM seems sufficient. I was very concerned at first reading reviews that its not exactly the same. there is less engine noise n seems more quite than the oem. I have a 2011 vw jette TDI. Its a shame I don’t think vw uses an acoustic layer(or its inferior quality) on the tdi n now I have it(or had it not completely sure) n seems to make a positive difference in the cabin. People say images may be distorted because the aftermarket glass or it chips easy blah blah blah. The only difference I noticed which may just be because I happened to look at the other one good is that the dot patterns are not identical nor exactly the same width on the edges. unless your really looking you wouldn’t notice any difference. Also, i was expecting a strong oder of adhesive but it was barley noticeable. So far I’m very satisfied. Thanks Safelite.
