Pizza Hut

We order here from work quite often, not as much as we used to but fairly often and always have fine service. Sometimes we order online and then have to call and change things and they are always super nice. Everything is alway ready in time and always nice and hot. They make sure they give you the extra sauce when you order and they even tell you what you ordered and what’s in the boxes so there’s no doubt when you’re driving home (can be stressful when you’re the one getting the food for 8+ hungry people). We always have a good experience here.

It’s been 6 months since we have had Pizza Hut, and tonight my fiancé and I decided to go there for dinner. What a huge mistake that was, once we were seated it took the waitress 20minutes to even come over and take our order (large hand tossed sausage pizza, mozzarella sticks, and garlic parm chicken wings) the mozzarella sticks were bland, the garlic parm wings were scolding hot with what I assume was garlic parm sauce that was just dumped on them, the pizza was undercooked and had weird smell to it. The waitress barely came over to check on us, and when she did come over to ask if we wanted dessert, we declined and she just tossed our bill on the table and walked away. When I went up to pay the waitress didn’t even say a single word to me while she rang me out. Honestly I won’t go there ever again it was terrible service, and terrible food.

Slow help walked away while we were ordering !
This is the next place to go out of business cause of lack of qualified workers!

No raving reviews of this place anymore. Between the newest size of the pizza we had here to the fact that the «Lifetime Membership» my grandmother had to Pizza Hut that they didn’t allow today (and what they told us hasn’t been for over a year) to the fact they had no trays to put their 2 hot pizzas on while we had plates and other things on the table, to the smaller-​sized tables with gigondo salt/​pepper/​seasoning and paper-​towel holders, everything wasn’t perfect. I think from now on, I’m going to visit my local establishment where I still have deals that actually make my visits worthwhile and I’ll stop coming to your place from now on.
Oh yeah, the wings (that were shaped much like popcorn chicken) weren’t the best either. Yes, they were okay, but the one other person at my table who had them, would have rather preferred Pizza Hut pizza that day.
And, this place just re-​opened yesterday with a new interior look, and yet the brickwork on the inside was still very dirty/​dusty. Someone nearby me, wiped down the brick and showed me the soot on it. It definitely needed more than just a «table rub-​down» to clean this place up completely.

The pizza was cold and the had no flavor. Even if you dont like cheesy pizza you definitely want to taste the flavor. There wasn’t much customer service and it took a while to get our food.
