Re: repair service. Brought my Paslode gun for repair. 4 weeks later they return it. Doesn’t work. 120.00 I paid, mind you. I send it back. 3 weeks later it comes back. Doesn’t work. No real apology, but Money returned.
Figure I’d try DeWalt, as they send it out to different company. Leave my compressor, guy says «maybe next week». Five weeks later I don’t even have a phone call. When I call they have no idea, they transfer you around to different parts of store — they have no idea who is responsible for equipment sent out for repair. Losing me money. This is why you give up and go to Lowe’s. As far as I“m concerned they have stolen my compressor at this point.

This place has a monstrous amount of stuff, for the purpose of tending to you backyard space. I pretty much can’t even imagine a store having more related products than this one does. Definitely be sure to come through, if you’re trying to hook up your backyard with some cool stuff!
