This is a great place to eat with my family. inside the restaurant is beautiful. the owners are super nice. The best part… they offer vegan cheese! My toddler and I ordered the minestrone soup, it was great! Then we got a large pizza with vegan cheese, artichoke hearts and spinach. The crust was perfectly cooked, the cheese was a generous amount, and the sauce was great too. Nice Italian family business. My server, Jackie, was wonderful. She was attentive, polite, and super sweet, even with a full dining room on a Friday night! Can’t wait to go again!

So before I start I must say I have been to Italy 4 times in the last 5 years. Soup was tasty could be warmed a little more. I ordered chicken parmigiana with rigatoni with garlic and olive oil.(extra garlic). The meal arrived 2 pieces of chicken stacked layers with marinara sauce topped with mozzarella. The chicken was dried must have been cooked and reheated sauce was okay for an American. The rigatoni was way over cooked in salt less water the garilc and oil was not sauteed just mixed together and tossed on pasta. My wife ordered the veal marsala the veal was very tough and the marsala sauce did not have the distinct marsala wine taste instead it tasted like a brown gravy. Cook your pasta al dente add salt to the water, sauté the garlic and oil for 10 seconds. Do not over cook your veal and add a little more wine to the sauce. This could be a very nice restaurant with just a few tweaks. Will try 1 more time.

We had mediocre food and a nasty waiter. He rushed us and gave US an attitutde when our meal came out wrong. Nice atmosphere, but over priced and underwhelming food.

Had a horrible experience. Food was just awful, service was the worst. If you must come here sit at the bar and drink a beer.

Last night was my first visit — and my last. To begin, the waiter couldn’t get our order correct. I wanted the Eggplant Rollitini as an entreé and my friend ordered it as an appetizer along with an ala carte salad and broccoli rabe. We were never offered dinner specials. Later on, we heard a different waitress offer the specials to the table next to us. My friend ordered a martini, which she said was watered down and tasteless. I had seltzer with lemon but got a super thin slice of bar lemon. The salad was good in the sense that it had black olives, green pepper, and red onion on it, but was all iceberg lettuce. It was served with 2 very small slices of doughy sandwich type of bread. It wasn’t crispy either. We were never given bread with the meal. The Eggplant Rollitini was good and very cheesy. Both the appy and the entreé were the same size. My angel hair pasta side dish seemed to be thicker than the normal angel hair. All the while we were there, the waiter never came back to offer more water. My friend drank my glass. The parking is good. The ambience is nice except for its acoustically loud environment — definitely not good for an intimate dinner because you can hear everything that goes on even before it gets busy. Prices are high in comparison to other Italian restaurants with better food, service and ambience.

Not bad. We had calzones and pizza rolls for dinner last night and though I had some issues with ingredient balance, the food and value and delivery time was all pretty good.

I go to dibellas almost everyday! The food is amazing. The bus girl is so pretty so is the hostess. The waiters and waitresses are so polite, definitely care about the customers. I would recommend dibellas to anyone. I love it! Ate at DiBellas today for lunch! All I have to say is amazing! My waiter was so kind and took care of us! This is one of my favorites. Go check it out quick go today they have so many new specials and foods that sound so good

Ate here last night for the second time since they moved. The service was friendly. Restaurant is very noisy. The food is average. Thin crust pizza wasn’t thin. The fried artichokes would have been good, if the dipping sauce had any taste at all. We will probably give it one more try.

Went to DiBellas for a birthday dinner in March. Nice finish work on the inside, nice floors, bar and bathroom(though the plumber obviously didn’t have a level the day he installed the flush valve on the urinal). Ordered fettuccine Alfredo, waited 35minutes and received penne pasta instead with no forewarning of the substitution. When questioned, the waiter offered to substitute linguine instead as they were out of fettuccine… The Alfredo had the flavor of milk run thru a soiled dish towel and the penne was under cooked to boot. The rest of the table received their food, 2 others with unmentioned substitutions. The only one in our party that enjoyed their meal ordered a calzone. The waiter, while friendly enough, was mostly unattentive and seemed to be in an enormous rush despite the healthy gratuity the bill suggested he should receive. Watch out for the upsell items too. If they ask if you want chicken or shrimp on it, know that the up charge is $ 4 – 8, though our waiter nor the menu ever mentioned it… Overall this place isn’t worth the price of admission, and I’ll do my very best to not eat here again. Sub par food, pricey and quite noisy in fact… UPDATE: Another event brought me to DiBellas on 5⁄8. Same waiter, James, rattled off specials and gave no prices. Took our drink orders, fulfilled them, took our appetizer orders and disappeared. He brought appetizers and disappeared for another 20 minutes. When he arrived to finally take orders, I was informed that even though the table had been provided with the full pizza menu, only mini pizzas were infact available on Friday and Saturday nights for dine-in. I could understand the restriction in a packed house, but this was far from it. By the time the entrée orders were taken we had been in the restaurant for about 45 minutes. The waiter returned at the 1 hour mark to check our drink status. When one member of our party asked if we could get baskets of bread(as they had brought to the other tables, but not ours) he was shortly informed that«bread is coming».(Which James did apologize for a bit later, thankfully) At the hour and a half mark, 2 baskets of cold bread came out and we’re plopped down in our midst. We were informed by the waiter that he «wouldn’t be back for awhile». In his absence 2 waitresses came around asking how everything was even though no one had been served anything more than appetizers and bread. Just short of the 2 hour mark our food finally arrived. Soggy pizza with a flavorless sauce greeted us. Cooked basically until the cheese had melted and then served. The wings were alright, so there’s that at least. The rest of the food received mixed reviews among our party of 10 whose orders ranged from eggplant parm to a turkey sub. After 2 and a half hours we had finally settled our bill and were heading out the door… a meal that could have been ordered, cooked, served, consumed and paid for in less than an hour flat…

Fist time there! Place looks great! First off they gave us a several sheets of paper stapled together that turned out to be their dinner menu, tacky! I didn’t want dinner, so I I asked if they had a eggplant parm sub and the waitress brought us another paper menu, their pizza menu. I asked if the eggplant parm was a closed sandwich and she said yes, so I ordered that. When it came out it was an open sandwich with a ton of mozzarella cheese, some dull sauce and a little eggplant. It was ok but I’ve had much better. The waitress told us about the specials except she forgot about the soup, and never told us any prices. I will go again and try something different and hopefully by then they will have real menus, and better sauce!!!

Di Bella’s Pizza used to be downtown, but they moved into this new expanded place on Lucas Avenue where they do much more than just pizza. We have ordered pizza from here many times, but this was our first time sitting down to have a meal. We were not disappointed. I went here with my wife and daughter and my daughter’s friend. My wife ordered two antipasti as an entrée: Eggplant rollatini and Caprese Salad. My daughter had cheese ravioli, her friend had the spinach ravioli with walnuts and mushrooms and I ordered the fettuccini alfredo. There were only two minor glitches: they were out of fettuccini and the spinach ravioli had three shrimp on top(the shrimp on the dish had not been mentioned by the waitress and my daughter’s friend is a vegetarian). The waitress apologized and offered to get a new spinach ravioli without the shrimp, but since they were only sitting on top and not mixed in, my daughter’s friend just pulled them off. The other glitch was that they were out of fettuccini. The waitress suggested tagliatelle instead, which I agreed to. All the food was fabulous, especially the tagliatelle alfredo. My wife thought the caprese salad was good, but she thought it could have used a little more basil. My daughter’s friend pronounced the spinach ravioli to be excellent. For dessert, my wife and I had large cannoli’s(she had a chocolate cannoli filled with chocolate, I opted for a traditional cannoli), my daughter had peanut butter chocolate cake and her friend had the tiramisu. All the desserts are made on site and they, too were tasty and satisfying. We finished the meal off with a couple of excellent cappuccinos. The service was very good and the décor is pleasant and subdued. It can get a bit loud in the restaurant, but it doesn’t detract from the dining experience. I absolutely will recommend Di Bella’s to anyone who asks.

Yea… what she(Jess) said. All-in-all, not a great experience. The place looks great– nice bar, floors, colors, etc. But– I went for the food. I read the previous review and though she had a bad night– whatever. One review should not make my decision. WRONG! Agree… cheesy, cheesy 4 page Microsoft doc stapled together menu. With lots of typos. Some things had prices– some didn’t. And. confusing! For example.“chicken or veal sorrentino $ 15.95/$ 17.95″. To me that means smaller portion? Or ala carte? Nope… The chicken is $ 15, the veal $ 17. The server came over– rattled off 10, maybe 12 specials– not sure. He spoke so fast, there were so many, gave no prices. When he finished– I couldn’t tell you one thing he said. Here’s my beef. I ordered a small Antipasta salad. It was delicious, and tasty– until I found a hair literally ROLLED in the salami! I showed it to the server. «Sorry ’bout that». When we got the bill– note the«small antipasta» was $ 10.95– not even the cost of the large??? And– forget I only ate ½ when I found the hair! Also, ordered Arancini(rice balls). Menu says 2 rice balls– here was only 1! Also– says filled with bolegnese sauce”. There was not a thimble full of meat sauce in there! $ 9 for a 2inch ball of rice! My friends dinner was ok– veal Francese tasted good, but batter had fallen off into the sauce. BUT– it was tasty. All in all– not a great dining experience, although a lovely night with a friend. Tere are several great Italian restuarants in the area. Go to Little Italy, Savona’s, Stella’s– skip this lace!

First time at DiBella’s was tonight, granted yes, a Friday night probably isn’t the greatest night to go, however service here was so beyond terrible I’m compelled to write this review as I’m sitting at the table. We sat down at around 7, took a look at their cheap printer-paper menus(Not kidding, hope they didnt pay someone to create this Microsoft Word document!), put in our order at 7:10. They also have no kids menu. Originally, I was pleasantly surprised to find they had Sam Adams Cold Snap on tap, however this has been the only redeeming quality so far. Anyway, after sitting for awhile we began to wonder where our bread was… finally it came, at 7:36, with our salads and our apps. Anyone who works in the restaurant business knows this is an amateur move, aside from the fact that it took almost a half hour for this. The fried calamari tasted like old grease and the baked clams oreganato were like Fisher Price My First Appetizer. The clams were still attached to the shells and basically covered in just tasteless panko breadcrumbs. At $ 10 for five tiny clams, I expect some flavor. The salad was mediocre. We had no contact with our server, only a bored looking bus girl who took our plates from the table. Right now, it’s 7:50, so 40 minutes after we ordered, and there’s no sign of our food anywhere. Which, might I add, is two basic pasta dishes– meat ravioli and linguine w clam sauce. It does not take nearly an hour to make these, regardless of how many orders were ahead of ours. I finally had to find the hostess and ask them to wrap our food to go, and also spoke to the manager. Told her my gripes, she apologized and said other people have complained about the clams, and also that they change the grease in the fryer every other day. Was not offered a discount, but supposedly she’s going to wrap up some desserts to go. I wouldn’t know, because it’s now after 8 and there’s no sign of my food anywhere. So, for anyone looking for slow service, terrible food and an overplayed«Italian bistro» atmosphere, this is your place. If you have any tastebuds whatsoever and you like to eat your meal within a reasonable timeframe, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Update: finally out of there at 8:30 after an extremely unpleasant conversation with the snarky(typical) owner. Ended up only paying for the drinks and still got the food to go, which I don’t plan on eating because I wouldn’t put it past that s***hole to spit on the food.

Whatever start-up problems they seem to have had are gone. I’ve ben there twice in the last month — once with a large party and once as a party of two. The service was fine both times and they were busy Friday nights. The food was very good. It’s not expensive. It’s casual and very good overall. I had pasta dishes with interesting sauces that I haven’t seen anywhere else. Both visits were enjoyable all around. I’ll go again.

Been here twice since it moved to it’s new location. Ordered out and both times had to wait an additional 20 – 25 minutes from when I got there to receive my pizza. The first time it was when they had just opened. I can excuse that but to add insult to injury I didn’t even get apology for a barely cooked pizza that looked like it was made when I got there to pick it up originally! The second time it looked busy but not too overwhelming and went in and to my dismay I had to wait 25 minutes more again!!! I got my pizza atleast with an apology this time but I can only give a place so many chances. Oh well picnic and plaza will be receiving my business from now on!
