Cutting Crew

Not sure what happened with the person in the other review but my experience here was amazing. Came on a Monday for a $ 10 haircut and had Jenna cut my hair. She did a great job and had a great personality. I would definitely come here again.

Something is wrong here — not sure what, but they don’t want customers. Went in this morning around 11 — should have been a good time for a haircut. Zero customers in the shop. One stylist was sitting in a chair looking angry. She barely looked at me when I walked in. The other one came out into view from the back room, but stayed in the back of the shop — probably 50 feet or more from where I was at the front desk. «Can we help you?» she called out — not helpfully. Said I hoped I could get a haircut. She looked unsure of what to say. «It’ll be at least half an hour,» she said. That’s it. No offer to take my name (but really — since I was the only visible customer, maybe she figured why bother) — no explanation. Either the place is about to go under or they have serious staffing issues. I went elsewhere. By the way, this was my second visit. First time a stylist cut my hair two different lengths (shorter on one side), but I figured that might have been a fluke, so I was going to give them a second chance. Now, I am sure that I’ll never go back.
